Warranty/recall service

Took months to get an appointment for a vehicle recall. Told us to expect up to 8 hours for repair so shouldn't wait for it; actually took 1.5 hours with most of that time made up of trying to sell additional , unnecessary services for thousands of dollars. Did not authorize a 27 point vehicle inspection. Did not ask for an AC check in 20 degree weather! Don't touch anything that isn't involved with the recall. You were only yo be looking at the undercarriage. Ridiculous. Just honor the recall and leave the rest of the vehicle maintenance up to the owner. We don't use your overpriced facility for any of our vehicles and never will.

Do NOT go to drivers village buick service center!

I recently brought my 2015 buick into the buicks service center at drivers village for repairs. They replaced the water pump and thermostat. I picked the car up 4 days later with a huge expense bill..outrageous prices. The day after I brought it home, the car is now in worst condition than when I had brought it in the first time. And now they want to charge me again to fix it again. Hahaha I don't think so. You broke my car and now you want me to pay to fix it? Nope. Worst place ever

Worst dealership in all of NY

drove from Niagara falls to drivers village to pick a 2018 sti. made it half way home and every light on the dash came on, and car went into limp mode. called the sales dept back and they made me an appt there. I stressed to them that I live over three hours away and if I make this trip I need the car fixed. I show up for my appointment and within five minutes and the service dept tells me there's nothing they can do, and to go try a dealership? a month later and my car is still not fixed, still stuck in limp mode. RYAN MARCHEWKA AND KARLYN VAZQUEZ seem to think they don't have to address this issue and think the problem will go away. WORST DEALERSHIP IN ALL OF NY HANDS DOWN. I will never spend another penny there and if I hear that someone is thinking of buying a car from them I will suggest you run the other way worst experience of my life.

Horrible service

recently called to have some service done on a company vehicle, ford f250.i needed inspection and rear e brake wasnt working.i also told them it was going to need exhaust manifold. randy said we can do it, so we made an appointment for friday at 9am. so i dropped it off on thursday the 1st. with our company vehicles you have to get an ok if its over a certain amount, randy called a day later and said we got the ok and had to get some parts.that was the last honest answer i got.after afew days i called and the lady said he will call you back, no call back, the next day i stopped by after work and noticed it had not moved from parking lot. i went in and was told they didnt have a heavy lift open for it. (it is a single door f250)they should be able to get it in later that day. i thought about it and called back and talked to the young lady again, i told her its been there awhile and i wasnt sure if they could look at it today?she said she would check with randy, she came back and said they would get it in today.i said if not its not a big deal i can take it somewhere else. couple more days go buy and my boss is now saying where is the truck? so i call back again and get the old randy will get back to you, when i do get a hold of him , im told it should be done in a couple days. today almost 2 weeks later i call and ask the young lady when will it be done, she says let me check, she comes back and says all the service managers are busy. the service manager will call you back (boy have i heard that before)later. that was at 10 am, at 230 i called back and asked her the same question i have asked for the last 12 days, when will it be done. she returns and says the service manager said they are just finishing the brakes and he will call you when there done, i knew that wasn't going to happen. so after work i again pulled in and seen it out in the parking lot, i thought to my self yes its done, i went in and talked to another guy, i believe it was jeff. i asked about the truck and he said i think they just had a little to do with the brakes, he went and checked ,he came back and said they have a little more to do.i asked about the exhaust manifolds ? he said they have a little more to do with the exhaust manifold. so i said when will this be done, just give me a time , what is going on, he said we have been busy, so they had to move my truck out in the lot, which i have never heard of.he could not give me a time. so i reluctantly said ok, and went out to go home, i walked over and looked at the truck, they did not do ANYTHING to the exhaust manifolds, so much for the umpteenth lie, with the "he has a little to do on the manifolds. so i went back in and said you have not done any work until today, and you just did the brakes!!! i told him to give me the truck and i will take it somewhere else. the quote for all the work rear brakes and 2 exhaust manifolds was $3519. they charged us $1786 for the truck to sit there for 12 days and put rear brakes on it today. after telling me for days and days they were working it. i think mr burdick should have a little toolbox talk in the morning about lying to your customers, if you cant do the job ,be honest and tell the person . you dont lose customers forever that way.we have bought 4 of our last 6 vehicles there and had lots of service done there ,12 days and $1786 for rear brakes an an inspection?.....oh thats right you didnt even inspect it. Time to find another dealer, one that can be honest . and if someone who really cares at that dealership reads this ,and feels compelled to maybe say im sorry. well you know how to reach me.

My experience

The most horrible experience ever ! The staff members were so unprofessional and unfriendly I can’t believe they that Roger or Lou keeps them employed. They are rude and make you feel like you are less than important, and seems like they could care less about making a sale. Buying a vehicle is stressful enough and they make it worse than imaginable! It’s supposed to be exciting, but drivers village makes it depressing to say the least !!! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere OTHER than there !!!!

Horrible car repair experience are not fixed

I took the car in to get it fixed and left the car for about 4 days when I was told the car was ready to be picked up I noticed the car wasn't even before I left a lot and had to leave it there again when I went to pick it up the second time the mechanic attempted to make me pay again for the same issue that was never fixed from the beginning. the car still is not fixed and still making the same exact noise. I refuse to go back. I have a warranty that I purchased through the dealership and if it turns out the repair is for the same exact part they allegedly fixed I will be completely out of luck because I would be forced to go back to this repair shop. I will have to pay for the same repairs again with a different repair shop

lease

My mother in laws lease on her 2017 Kia forte is up, she is 85 and unable to drive anywhere so I was asking if the dealer could pick the car up form her house. The manager said she had to bring the car in they would not pick it up and if I cared so much about her I should go get the car and bring it in, I tried to explain to him the distance and the coordination it would be very difficult for me to do it in a timely manner. He said he would not and he did not have to answer to anybody for his decisions , so it was to bad for me. Now I have a business as well not as big as Drivers Village but; if one of my customers called me with the concern which I presented regardless if was our policy to pick cars up or not I would do everything I could to accommodate and make it happen. For this reason alone not the mention the manager who was as rude and very unprofessional , I would not ever go to Drivers Village to lease, purchase or for that fact to walk my dog. In conclusion I would not recommend Drivers Village to anyone for anything.

rude customer service

I had an appointment. They were 20 minutes late and gave me a different salesperson who was clearly upset. He yelled to me across the huge show room and told me to follow him. He literally tossed the keys at me pointed at the parking spot and said, "when you are done, bring it back to this exact spot." My daughter and I brought it for a ride. We came to a red light and the floor mat was on top of the gas peddle. When I tried to stop the car the mat pressed down on the gas and forced the car into and through the intersection. We missed causing an accident by inches. I brought the car back to the "exact" parking spot. I grabbed the license plate and keys and went inside to wait for the salesperson. Another 20 minutes passed and I tossed the keys and plate on a nearby table and left. I sent this message to the dealership twice with no response. They don't care. Do not waste your time.

Nope never again

I spoke with 2 different sales people. Felt more comfortable with the woman I spoke with before so I texted her again... I was trying to buy my third car from there. Yes, my credit is challenged but..... after a week of waiting for a response of what condition the tires were in and how much the payment would be. Still no response, I will not be going there ever again. It’s a shame, it’s so close and convenient for me. But, I’d rather be put out a little than be treated like xxxx!

Burdick BMW Poor Customer Service - Service Dept.

Scheduled an oil change and they held my vehicle for over 72 hrs.. Wasn't able to pick it up over the weekend and no loaner vehicle was offered to me. Service Manager was assigned to my vehicle and he was of zero assistance. Paid top dollar for a top quality vehicle, Burdick BMW dropped the ball on this BIG TIME!! I will be taking all future purchases and service needs to Rochester BMW.
