The dealership relationship with customers is fabulous. Always treated with respect, they are prompt and courteous. They make one want to come back and trade more often. we always just enjoy a visit with the dealership to see new cars and conversations.

Our experience with the salesman was beyond excellent

Our experience with the salesman was beyond excellent yesterday. We had not planned on trading but got to the lot drove the car and decided we really liked it. The salesman was so easy to work with. One of our best experiences with Mayse!! Thank you Mike Barnes!!

Today we bought our third vehicle that we have purchased

Today we bought our third vehicle that we have purchased at Mayse over the last 22 years. The staff goes out of their way to help, and make the process easy. These purchases have all been used vehicles. Stan, John, and Rob are the people that helped us today. I recommend them highly!

It started with a great truck at a great price.

It started with a great truck at a great price. Jake (not from State Farm) the salesman took my call as I live a distance away from Aurora. They had a price on a new truck that was considerably lower than what dealers in my area had and were not willing to match. Jake talked me thru the requirements of gm rebates and incentives. We worked over the phone and texts for several days due to my work schedule. He was patient and did not try to pressure me whatsoever. When I was comfortable I gave them a CC to hold the vehicle for me. Upon finally getting to the dealership, both Jake and Mike (in finance) explained everything clearly and I wrote a check for the exact amount we had agreed on the phone. Easily the most painless car buying experience I’ve had in 50 years. I have ordered lunch that was more complicated process.

Worse dealership in 50 states took my jeep to be repaired

Worse dealership in 50 states took my jeep to be repaired was worse when I picked it up paid 2500 for said repairs now refuse to speak to me or answer my emails bill is rude and Mr mayse the owner is worse very unprofessional rip offs!! Don't take ur car there foe anything they will create a problem if there isn't one take ur money then tell u good luck don't come back!! They need shut down!! Or to be held accountable for their actions which is exactly what I intend on doing!!

As you can they have yet to respond to my review because they know they are guilty and they just hope that if they ignore me then this issue will go away for them but i assure you the $2500 they stole from me isnt something that is just going to go away for them nor is the abusive verbal abuse from Matt Mayse. I have proof of my reviee if anyone would like to see these please respond to my review i would be happy to share them with you!

Salesman was ok but the finance person was terrible.

Salesman was ok but the finance person was terrible. I told him 4 times no package. Said that was a dumb mistake.
