Fred Martin Superstore, you beautiful unicorn of a dealership! After hunting for a manual transmission Jeep Rubicon X like it was a perfectly ripe avocado on the day you want it (seriously, does everyone drive automatics now??), I had nearly given up hope. Every dealer within 100 miles of me just laughed and said, “Good luck with that.” But then I found Fred Martin Superstore—and more importantly, Robert Zabel, the MVP of my Jeep dreams. Not only did they actually have the manual Rubicon I wanted (a 2025, no less), they offered online purchase and $400 shipping—aka, less than what I spent on snacks during my last road trip. And let me tell you, the process? Smoother than a freshly paved trail. Fast, efficient, and—unexpectedly—full of laughs. Robert made the entire thing feel like buying a car from your super-helpful, slightly hilarious best friend. He answered every question, sent updates, and somehow made the paperwork part fun. (Witchcraft? Possibly.) From "click to keys in hand" took less than a week, which is faster than I can binge a whole season of The Office. The Jeep arrived looking like it rolled straight out of a magazine spread—manual glory, Mojito Green, "Croak & Dagger". If you’re even thinking of buying a car, skip the stress and go to Fred Martin. Ask for Robert Zabel. Tell him the Jeep-obsessed manual-loving lunatic sent you. Fred Martin: where the transmission is manual but the experience is automatic(ally awesome). 🚙💨

They don’t stand behind their cars.

They don’t stand behind their cars. 640 miles on a brand new car and the response is “too bad” schedule service. I didn’t purchase a new vehicle (75k) to sit in service centers. I want to return it and it is not their policy nor will be considered.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This dealership is just full of people who lie to you and only care about themselves. I was told my truck was safe for me to drive and ended up with a bad wheel bearing. Was told a bad wheel bearing doesn't make a vehicle unsafe to drive. This place sells lemons and disrespectful employees.

We're sorry to hear your experience was anything less than 5-stars, however, this vehicle was purchased "as-is" and you were informed prior to purchase that this vehicle was not inspected. This was signed in multiple places. When issues arose, we offered to look at the vehicle but this offer was declined as the wheel bearing is not covered under the purchased service contract. Our General Sales Manager also reached out to offer covering part of the cost of the wheel bearing, and this offer was also declined. We again apologize that this was your experience but we have made every attempt to accommodate this issue. We thank you for your comments.

He also was very rude and said that a bad wheel bearing wouldn't make a vehicle unsafe which it actually does. So why would I trust a place that continues to lie? Your team is full of liars and all around horrible people.

I recently bought a 2016 Mazda 6 I Touring from Fred Martin Super Store. I had a very good experience! Thank you to Andrew Gradwohl and everyone for working with me to get me into my new car. The car buying process is usually very difficult and unpleasant at other places. It was was smooth here. They made sure that my car was detailed and ready to go. They even delivered the to me in the Cleveland area. O was very impressed! A friend recommended this place to me. I will recommend Fred Martin Super store to my family and friends.
