Seems like a nice dealership and that's a good review

Seems like a nice dealership and that's a good review from me as I like going to dealerships as much as I like going to the Dr. Office. Was worth the extra drive miles from Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania dealers are the worst.

I recetnly bought a 2021 GMC Terrain from there back in

I recetnly bought a 2021 GMC Terrain from there back in March. We had some issues that were fixed. The sales crew was great.This is more towards the detailing part of the whole service, as I was looking through my car 3 months later, I found goldfish, dirt and even baby puffs. No one has sat in the backseat of my car, and I do not have a baby for there to be puffs in it. I bought my car on a Sunday so I don't know if it was just laziness or what, but it is crazy to spend so much money on a car, for it to not be cleaned out 100%.

Called for a remote issue on the Dodge SUV said bring it in tomorrow. We’ll take a look at it. Had it fixed in five minutes thank you very much for getting it in so quick. After Spitzer’s told me I’d have to pay for it not under warranty, only three months old

First off I am very pleased with the prices and second off the sales girls Kelli and Lisa were amazing. They were easy to talk with like you knew them your whole life. They knew what they were talking about with the vehicles I was looking to purchase. Very nice experience with the girls and you should be proud of them. My brother had recently bought a new car here and rated

My brother had recently bought a new car here and rated the services included with buying from FMS, so I did preliminary research on their website for used cars in my range. The salesman, Joey, was helpful and straightforward and finance did a nice job explaining the warranties. From seeing a few cars to test driving to filling out the paperwork, the process was smooth and everyone was helpful. I think we were in for about 4-5 hours. Finance and paper work took about 1 - 1 1/2 hours, which was much faster than how it normally goes I was told by family. I get free oil changes for 2 years and free roadside assistance for 3 years.

Mike Trissel at Fred Martin was such a great help.

Mike Trissel at Fred Martin was such a great help. We arrived to look at one vehicle and discovered it wasn't what we thought it was, and Mike suggested that we look at a different one and it ended up being the perfect fit! Mike took his time to work with us and show us the features on the car and even connect my wife's phone. We offered advise at to where we could get an aftermarket accessory item as well. We appreciate Mike and that he was thoughtful enough to show the other vehicle and take his time with us throughout that entire morning.

My 17yr old daughter bought a used car and we purchased

My 17yr old daughter bought a used car and we purchased the warranty with it. She didn’t have it for 12 hours & the check engine light came on. Took it back to the dealership & they said the power module had gone bad on the vehicle & it would cost $3,000.00 for a new part or we could by a used part for $800.00. The warranty I bought didn’t cover this part. This dealership doesn’t care about the customers they only care about about selling you a car & making money. This is something I would have expected from a car lot on the corner, but not a dealership. I will never buy another vehicle from them or recommend them to anyone.
