    I have had my Subaru Legacy for a year now and I love it. I worked with Keith Goldsmith during the buying process and he was amazing. Very attentive to my wants and needs. He did an awesome job explaining things as we went along. He was easy to get a hold of whenever I wanted to contact him. During the buying process I had many questions, perhaps many of them where silly but he was always helpful and never seemed bothered by me and my quirks! Five stars for Keith Goldsmith and Bertera Subaru of West Springfield!!

    Working with Andrew was a very positive and helpful experience. Andrews knowledge and passion for cars makes working with him so authentic and honest! He also owns a Subaru and his comments about his own experiences owning a Subaru adds so much value! I fee very very good about making this investment.

    I saw car I liked went for test drive the car was making a weird noise in the back even with that I decided to go for it with condition that they will get my problem solved, went in finish all the paper work and no car, two days later I call to know about the status of the car, and the person who picked up the phone didn’t even knew the car bad bought 2 days ago, told me to call her the next day because she had no information on the car, what kind of place is this??? Why would u make do all the paper work and not have my car ready between the stated time, my frustration it’s over the ruff right now.

    Mislead me into the door (including agreeing to certain things, including pricing, on the phone), then pushed hard for a sale of the same exact vehicle on totally different terms, without recognizing the pricing we discussed on the phone. Could have been a mistake or unintentional, but it was the worst car buying experience I ever had. The general manager Shawn was also very disrespectful and patronizing. Would never return for any reason.

    Let me start by saying I normally do not participate in reviews. However, I would be remiss in not giving a shout out to Keith Goldsmith, sales rep. He made a very stressful process seamless. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and caring. I will definitely go back. I am now driving a beautiful island blue impreza.

    Keith Goldsmith was absolutely amazing from the start! He is very helpful with making sure I know all the details and features about my Forester. He also went the extra mile because I wanted the car in Quartz blue pearl to not let me buy the one I tested and found me a blue one in 5 days! This was not an easy task as my car choice is manual transmission only! He doesn't mind reviewing everything a couple times for me to help me remember. Now that I own the car Keith is still super helpful. He doesn't just stop helping once the car is yours. I like his demeanor and honesty. He can be reached easily via email, text, or calling. He is very responsive. I live an hour away and came to Subaru West Springfield for this customer service! I'm very disappointed in the finance dept. I was told I was getting free interest because I have great credit. Well that's a lie! I have 1.9% interest. Tom is great at evading questions. I asked him three times what's the price of the 10 year gold plus warranty in total but he kept going around that question. now in hindsight because I bought that is why my monthly payments are so high and I did not get my 0% finance. I like to pay off my cars early and he just undermined me by saying it's ok cause I won't pay the 1,600 in interest fees. The worst part is as I was reading the paperwork he told me to stop wasting time and just sign it! I found that to be very rude as I am a nurse and I understand all about paperwork and it is the patient/customers right to spend as much time as they need to read it. I do recommend the protectant for $599. Specially with my young family and dogs. Just be aware it doesn't cover scratches.

    They helped me out from when I stepped through the door. From test driving vehicles, to matching my price range, to getting me the rate I needed, and closing the deal. If I had to get another vehicle it most likely would be a subura.
