Was very disappointed with the service connie was very rude. Ken Bowen tried to charge me a doc fee after i told him i was picking the car up myself he said it was mandatory smh. They tried there best to add on some extra charges due to the fact that i was gonna purchase the car straight out.

I have been purchasing and servicing my Acura vehicles since 1992 with this team. I currently travel 75 miles to service here...and most recently to purchase a new vehicle- WHY? Because they are great at what they do, there is never high pressure around buying, they deliver what they promise and the service team defines what "customer service" means. I would never think about going anywhere else because I know I would not get the credibility, the integrity or the "we have you covered and taken care of" approach anywhere else! They get me on the road and keep me on the road in style-no excuses EVER! The fact they know I don't "shop around", didn't stop them from treating me with first class attention to detail "as if" they could lose me as a customer. They even made sure to stay in touch with me while I was traveling remotely around finding and securing a vehicle soon upon my return. They are THE BEST!

Sales person Alex was great and love the car! All the extra things they add on for service after the sale is impressive! Will buy again from there.
