Best dealership around.
After looking for a car for over a year, Acura of Auburn was by far the best dealership I have come across. Buying a new car is never stress free, but Acura of Auburn took a lot of that stress out and made the buying experience a lot more bearable and comfortable from start to finish. Awesome- professional and quick
I purchased a car recently from this dealership and traded in my old vehicle. My sales person Konnie was outstanding. She was professional, personable and great to work with. Was very disappointed with the service connie was very rude. Ken Bowen tried to charge me a doc fee after i told him i was picking the car up myself he said it was mandatory smh. They tried there best to add on some extra charges due to the fact that i was gonna purchase the car straight out.

Went in for a airbag recall and left with another car.
This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. Don was the best. He answered all my questions and was very helpful and understanding when I had a hard time thinking of the word I wanted to say. I have fibromyalgia and sometimes you know what you want to say but can't think of the word you want. Don helped me with that. Thanks again Don! I had a great experience. All the staff was great and friendly.

Amazing staff! Zach and our sales person Konnie were phenomenal! I walked in told them what I wanted and there is was. I will definitely be back. I have owned a volvo and an Audi but I have fallen in love with my RDX. Very happy with the entire experience Gina

The Only Place to Go!
I have been purchasing and servicing my Acura vehicles since 1992 with this team. I currently travel 75 miles to service here...and most recently to purchase a new vehicle- WHY? Because they are great at what they do, there is never high pressure around buying, they deliver what they promise and the service team defines what "customer service" means. I would never think about going anywhere else because I know I would not get the credibility, the integrity or the "we have you covered and taken care of" approach anywhere else! They get me on the road and keep me on the road in style-no excuses EVER! The fact they know I don't "shop around", didn't stop them from treating me with first class attention to detail "as if" they could lose me as a customer. They even made sure to stay in touch with me while I was traveling remotely around finding and securing a vehicle soon upon my return. They are THE BEST!
