Everybody I met at Acura of Auburn was super nice and helpful. None of the salesmen were overbearing or pushy. They were a great help and it felt right buying my car there. I will definitely be back for another in the future. They even put a bow on it?

2018 TLX AWD Advance

I just bought my fourth Acura (three new and one used) from Acura of Auburn. I first went there in 2006 on the recommendation of a friend. I have gone to them since then for sales and service. I find them (sales and service) to be focused on customer service and the customer experience - they are very attentive and accommodating. The sales staff seemed to enjoy the test drive as much as we did! I did some pricing research online and then visited them - and they were very reasonable.

2014 Acura RDX

I was very impressed with the sales staff. This is the first time I have bought a car alone and I did not feel intimidated. When a declined on some options, I was treated with respect. I feel the price was fair and I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely shop there again.

Great Experience

I have had every negative experience purchasing a car that one can have and was dreading having to look for another car. I was wonderfully surprised at the customer service that I received here. My search originated online and I initially spoke to the internet sales manager but Zach Reed handled the test drive and eventual sale. The dealership is more than an hour away from my house and I will gladly return when I need a new car. There was no game playing or any of the other typical car salesman BS, It was a pleasant experience all around. Thank you!

Excellent Service

Highly recommend coming here for a vehicle, am very happy with my experience. At no point was I pressured to look or buy any specific vehicle. These guys were awesome!

Ted of Worcester

Just bought a 2018 RLX from Acura of Auburn and was totally satisfied with the experience with both the trade and the purchase of the new car. My salesperson Don did a fantastic job. Denny and Nathan both handled financing the car and finding it and having it delivered and sparkling clean and shinning on delivery. Totally non stressful experience the way its suppose to be.

My third Acura purchase from Acura of Auburn

This is my third purchase from Acura of Auburn and as usual they were excellent. I looked at Audi, BMW and Mercedes SUV's but the MDX had it all and the Honda quality throughout the Acura line is very evident. Why buy from Acura of Auburn? In a word, professionalism! Sure they're trying to sell you a car but without pressure and they consistently demonstrate respect for the most important person in the process, the customer!

Excellant Customer Service

I just purchased my second Acura from Acura of Auburn and again I am very happy with both my new SUV and the process. I negotiated a great trade value and was able to buy a RDX that I am thrilled with . Don was fun to work with and worked hard to make everything come together . I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an Acura.
