Great Dealer for all your service needs

I've been using Herb Chambers Ford for a long time. Customer service is the best in the area. Appointments are preferred. I trust them with my Ford Transit. You can't go wrong with the extended maintenance plan.

Recall for air bag

Was told 3 hrs to do Job. Finished right on the money Nick on the desk very helpful And gave me directions how to get home Mike shuttel driver very courteous

The best car buying experience I have had!

I was looking to get a new Ford Ranger, having seen them in Europe and in Aruba. I went t a few dealerships as well as searching for a Ranger online. As a member of the Mustang Club of America, I have the X plan pricing. One dealership's X plan pricing was $100 higher than another dealership for the exact same option package, and yet another dealership marked up the vehicle substantially over sticker. The last dealership I went to was Herb Chambers. I did the on line appraisal of my trade and got a call within 20 minutes. I went on a Friday afternoon and met Brenda Davis. We took the truck for a ride and I liked it. She told me that if I wanted it just give her a call. I worked on Saturday and Sunday day at my per diem job at the Academy... I got out and called to see if the truck was still available.. and it was. I got good money for my trade, and on Monday afternoon I left the dealership with my new truck. I have owned eight Fords since 1986 (3 F-150s, an Explorer, 2 Mustangs (I still have one of them) and two Edge SEL AWDs. I have been to dealerships where the experience was like a wrestling matchor playing" psychological wargames". Brenda was straightforward with what my trade would be and the cost of the vehicle. There wwere no games, no pressure. I remember seeing a billboard for the Herb Chambers group of dealerships that stated "We don't sell cars... we help people buy them". It is more than a slogan. It is the truth.

Amazing and helpfull

I went from leasing my car to buying it and Paul made everything incredibly easy. Being someone who has severe anxiety over small things Paul was able to keep me at ease during the whole process. Would gladly work with him again for my next vehicle.

Great Salesperson

I have leased three Ford Escapes in a row for nine years. I have dealt with Paul Scannell each time and each time was effortless on my part. Paul took care of everything including getting me the car that fit my needs. He is a gentleman and always positive. Paul get 10 stars from me!

Best Sales Consultant!!!!

We recently purchased forth new (2019) Ranger from Mr. Paul Scannell; (whom we also purchased our previous 2009 Ranger.) His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction is far superior to any sales person we’ve encountered! He is the sole reason we’ve returned to Herb Chambers Ford in Westborough!! His straight forward, no gimmicks sales approach is completely comforting and his vast knowledge of Fords latest innovations exceeds his peers in the industry. We are very pleased with his true professional service and kindness... and plan in the future to purchase our fifth Ranger from him if he has’t retired!!
