Did not lie wating for the battery to be tested

Had to wait almost 2 hours for battery to be tested Due to Fords requirements.Waiting was quite pleasant had coffee and television was on.

Service on my 2010 Ford Edge

Slow leak of power steering line. Found the problem area and called me to provide repair details. Great job along with The Works package and filter replacements. Purchased this vehicle from Herb Chambers 10 years ago and they have kept it running great after 105,000 miles.

Paul made the car buying experience easy!

Paul was an awesome help with helping my girlfriend buy her first car from the dealership. He held our hand through the whole process and made the whole experience worthwhile. Paul’s customer experience gets a solid 5! The only reason we didn’t give the dealership a 5 was because of a different man who we didn’t even get the name of who worked with us with our plates and registration. He seemed frustrated with us because we wanted to understand all of the fees and check out our receipt for what we were buying. He was very short in conversation, didn’t make eye contact with either of us, and had a negative energy to him. We couldn’t wait to get out of his office because of his agitated demeanor. Paul on the other hand was great and thanked us for our purchase and for traveling out to pick out our car.

I've been using Herb Chambers Ford for a long time. Customer service is the best in the area. Appointments are preferred. I trust them with my Ford Transit. You can't go wrong with the extended maintenance plan.
