Great service start to finish. Inquired about vechile, info was sent by Mr. Silva. Decided to purchase vehicle and process was enjoyable, knowledgble and seamless. Third vehicle purchased from Miguel and would gladly purchase another from him in the future. Always a pleasure.

Amazing service

when we came in to talk to the sales person that I was e-mailing unfortunately she was out sick that day. That is when my daughter and I were introduced to Mike M. Let me just say what an amazing person he is. He was funny, down to earth and the perfect person for us. He had us laughing and just made a stressful experience actually fun. Everything went smooth and my daughter got the truck she wanted. It couldn't have been any smoother. Thank you Mike M and everyone else at Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough.

On time polite Instructive informative I was taken in when I arrived and my vehicle was worked on almost immediately. The service manager kept me informed on the progress and an item or two I should watch for. I appreciated that.

Customer Satisfaction is the Top Priority

I recently purchased a used Cadillac from this dealership and unfortunately it turned out having some issues. The dealer responded to my issues immediately and worked with me in trying to get them resolved. Although the issues were not all that serious it was enough to make me feel a bit uneasy about my purchase. I expressed this to the salesman that sold me the car Paul Scannel along with the GM of this store Miguel Silva. In speaking with them it was very clear that their top priority was ensuring I was happy with my experience and purchase. I know a lot of places could care less about the customer as soon as they have made a sale and nothing could be further from the truth about Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough. Herb Chambers has a very generous return and exchange policy and even though I was technically outside of the window to be able to exchange my car they still worked with me in doing so. Once I expressed that I wanted out of my current purchase and wanted to exchange the vehicle they immediately set up a time for me to come in and discuss further. I came to the dealership on a Saturday with a car in mind already and worked directly with the GM in figuring out how this whole exchange would work. He had me out of my current loan and driving off in a different car within hours. I was very impressed with the personal attention and service I received from both Paul and Miguel through the entire process. I would strongly recommend buying a car from this dealer with the peace of mind that they truly want you walking away feeling great about your purchase even if it means losing a few dollars. I truly came away believing customer satisfaction is their top priority which is something often preached but not followed through on in this business.

Routine Maintenance and Recall Service

I am please with the work at Herb Chambers. Including all my interactions relative to this service appointment. I am generally displeased with Ford Corp relative to the availability of parts relative to the recall. The job is NOT complete. Parts on backorder. No commitment. Vehicle is potentially unsafe to drive
