Pleasant, No-Pressure Experience
Warmly greeted and attended to. Extensive inventory. Invited to take leisurely test drives to experience car on local roads and highways. Absolutely NO pressure, and never felt rushed. Every question answered. We came to buy used and brought home new! Extremely positive car shopping/buying experience. Would absolutely recommend as well as buy again from this dealer.

Smooth, Easy and Fair
Purchasing a car from Herb Chambers Ford in Westborough was a fantastic experience. This is the second car I have purchased from them and will continue to go there for all my car needs. I always feel they are being fair and honest and not just looking to make a quick dollar. Because of this the experience is not frustrating and goes much faster. I can't thank Miguel and Jeff enough for their help and the turn over service they provide at the end to ensure I know all the features of the car (even highlighting important parts of the user guide!).

The sales, staff & general manager are top notch people. I had a few issues with my vehicle and they fixed everything right away, without any problems. Quick and painless
Simple oil replacement. Took enough time for me to get lunch over at Moe's restaurant, and come back. Waited maybe 20 minutes more, and was done.

40,000 mile check up
We went to Herb Chambers Ford in 2015 looking towards maybe getting a new or newer car. We have family who have bought the Ford Escape and everyone loves the car so that was what were looking to find. We have been pleased with everything so far, from the sale to the service. Getting the appointment was very easy to do. When I arrived the gentleman who checked me in was very helpful and the wait for my car to be serviced was about one and half hours. MIKE AND STAFF WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. NO PRICING PRESSURE AND OFFERED A FAIR PRICE FOR THE 2017 MUSTANG GT. WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE A WEEK END DELIVERY WITH SHORT NOTICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO INTERESTED FORD BUYERS.

I drive past a Ford Dealer to get to Herb Chambers Ford
I am pleased with the dialog that Dylan kept going with me as they found the cause of the various problems with my 6 year young Ford Expedition. We take it on ski trips and tow a boat in the summer. It needs to be reliable and comfortable. Herb Chambers Ford in Westborough has great technicians that can diagnose problems and resolve them.

Simply perfect!
I brought my 2007 Expedition in because my brakes needed replacing and my engine light was coming on. That then rolled into spark plugs and coils, the ECM and then the steering shaft. The service area was very professional, helpful, accommodating, patient and informative. They were very up front with my options and made sure I understood each thing that was happening and what the parts were exactly and their function. Which I really appreciated as I never had to handle this end of things in my 53 years on this earth. Once it became obvious that putting more time and money into this "family member" was just not a wise decision any more I was redirected by service to sales. Not only did sales not skip a beat in customer service they totally earned their paychecks with me. Everyone there jumped in and helped me figure out what I could afford and then bent over backwards to help me get our new member of the family - a 2015 Ford Explorer! She is stunning!! Every single person was amazing! I can't recall of their names but here are a few... Dillon, Jenn, Frank, Miguel, Kevin, Bob & Marie... I'm sorry if I missed anyone - but I am SO very thankful for all everyone did to help me and my 3 daughters end up in a safe vehicle that fits all our needs.
