Salesman was showing a different car. Once we signed the paperwork manager came and told us its diffrent car with accident that has broken bumper. It was very unprofessional. We end up taking our signed papers back and left the facility. Don’t recommend going there atall.

This place is full of crap. Salesman doesn’t have idea what they are doing or what car they are selling. Manager has no courtesy to apologize for mistake.

When we arrived Mike greeted us right away. I felt no pressure what so ever and the whole staff was very easy to work with.

I purchased a $44k vehicle from them thinking they're a legitimate business. Their building looks like a real dealership but believe me they are crooks. The car I purchased was involved in an accident however it wasn't shown in the vehicle history. they just painted the bumper and changed the headlight. They never serviced the car or detail it prior to delivery. They also replaced the factory 20" rims with 19" I ended up trading the car after six weeks loosing $6K. They are the biggest crooks I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT AS I DO IF YOU BUY FROM THEM.

I worked with Paul DiCarlo. I got no big sales pitch and I didn’t have to meet and be swayed by three or four managers. Paul gave me the info I asked for with straight answers. No talking in circles. Just to the points I needed answered.. We went for a test drive and I bought the Truck. After I got the truck home I noticed a problem with the back door which wasn’t covered under warranty. I got an estimate told Paul he sent me a check to have it fixed. Good guy. Jose Olivera was the finance man on the deal. He was a no hype straight answer guy as well. I signed papers and was out very quickly. I hate the drag out process and these guys got right to it. No bull. I’ve already told people that this is the place to buy a car. I live in New York City. They are based in Massachusetts. I would still travel there next time. Very professional and I didn’t feel like I got taken by some side winder. Plus they give you a free bag of popcorn after the sale. Satisfied customer Shane
