I purchased a car from AutoMax Preowned in Framingham, by far the easiest process I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. I found my car on the website and contacted the dealership, they got back to me right away. Matheus Gava helped me through the whole process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process that much easier. Though the vehicle is a keeper, when the time comes I’ll defiantly be coming back here. I just purchased my first BMW from Automax preowned in Framingham. I'm admittedly not the easiest customer to deal with, but my salesperson (Matt) really went above and beyond to make me happy, despite my having misunderstood how car deals typically go here in Massachusetts. As in, the delivery process, etc.  The selection of luxury sports cars is great and you can definitely find one you like at a very competitive price. Ask for Matt! Thanks, buddy!

Spent a couple of weeks discussing a particular vehicle on their lot. First of all, they were good about calling/contacting me but every time they reached out, it was a different person. Also, I received two calls from individuals who were not sales personnel. Both allowed me to go on and talk about the car I wanted and my questions I had only to tell me they weren't salespeople and therefore couldn't help. Then they mentioned they would relay to message and have someone call me, and no one did. The other issue I had with this dealer (and the reason I did not purchase the vehicle) was that they claim they do not negotiate price whatsoever. The vehicle I was looking at had slight cosmetic issues I asked if they could fix - they said no. When I gave them a legitimate quote from an authorized dealer to fix the issue and asked if they would be willing to adjust the price to compensate, they claimed they were a "no-haggle" dealer. I guess this is a new thing?? Regardless, I expressed my frustration with the "no-haggle" claim by mentioning that two days before, the dealer lowered the price on the vehicle by $500. So obviously there is room to negotiate, they said sorry the price on the website is final price, no negotiation. I politely declined to do business with them. The shock set in when the very next day, the price was LOWERED AGAIN! So if I had agreed to purchase the car the day prior and give in to the "no haggle" price, I would've paid $500 more. Heck - if I purchased it a week prior I would've paid over $1000 more! Now I know price can fluctuate, but if you are going to move the price by $1000 in less than a week don't claim you have no room to negotiate. This place has nice cars at relatively good prices but be aware they will NOT negotiate and their prices can fluctuate drastically in a matter of a week. So stay patient.

I had an awesome experience with Mike from automax. He was very nice and helped me get the car I needed. He was also very knowledgeable about the process and got me into a car in 1 day! I would 100% recommend automax to everyone.
