Dealership performed a couple of recalls, and were right within the time frame they estimated. Also, was able to take a loaner car so I didn't have to bother anyone for rides and still got to work on time!

As usual the service department was friendly, explained exactly what needed to be done etc. I was called promptly when the service was done. I don't know how it could be better.

We dealt with Miguel Delossantos! From the moment we started working with him his overall personality made us feel so comfortable. He was very knowledgeable about various cars and was super objective with his opinions. He seemed to keep our best interest in mind while searching through the lot! We finally made a great choice and he worked with the finance person Shaune ensuring the best deal possible. Both Miguel and Shaune are amazing faces for this company and we would HAPPILY do business here again. We've already started telling so many friends and co-workers about our phenomenonal experience!! I wish I could give more more stars!

After having a less than stellar experience at another dealership we returned to Colonial Chevrolet to purchase our new 2015 Chevy Silverado. We had been searching for just the right truck and price for several months and Joe Pellegrini came through for us. We got a great price without having to go through hoops to complete the deal. I initially came to the dealership to look at a used 2015 Volt premium model, but realized that it wasn't right for me. The salesman put together a very attractive offer for a new 2015 Volt standard model. After test driving that vehicle, I purchased it.

I met with Miguel Delossantos to test drive a used 2015 Volt on the lot. But it was a premium Volt with too many extras for me. Miguel worked fast to make me a very good offer on a new 2015 Volt that evening. I came back and took a test drive in that car a few days later and liked it immediately. Miguel couldn't answer all my questions about the vehicle, but he quickly got the answers from his colleagues. Aside from some pressure to purchase an extended warranty, which I did not want to do, the buying experience was very pleasant and satisfactory.

We had been looking all around for a Volt and were disappointed by the sales tactics of some of the other dealers. Dan Cluff at Colonial Chevrolet was consistently honest and worked hard to put together a good offer. We went back and forth with many emails until he found what we were looking for and at the price we wanted to pay. We live more than 100 miles from this dealer and Dan arranged for us to meet Tania Audet the next day to complete the sale. When we arrived late in the day, they were prepared and we were greeted by Miguel Delossantos and took a quick test drive in our new car. All the terms agreed upon were honored (thanks Shaune), and the sale was completed in a little over an hour to our great satisfaction. We were driving home in our new Volt before sunset. Everything went very smoothly without a hitch, great folks to deal with and made the car buying experience much more pleasant than many other dealers.

My first experience at Colonial was a recent truck purchase and very user friendly. Dan in Internet sales was prompt, Don in sales got me the right vehicle and worked hard to get me a good price. Shaun the mgr. got me processed and out the door quickly. I felt that I was helped in getting a car; not sold.
