Colonial Chevrolet

Pleased with our recent visit to Colonial Chevrolet for service on our 2014 Impala. We do however, have to return in order to correct a problem with the stuck sun shade for the moon roof. We were told that it would require about three hours work to repair the sun shade problem. We will schedule another appointment at a later date when we will have more wait time to spend. The Business Development Director and the Salesman Miguael were very good to deal with. They did not put any pressure for the sale and patiently answered all questions. Just in for the first oil change.......very impressed as to how the entire process went. Good for me as I have mobility issues.....drove right into the garage. No need to walk on wet or icy surfaces........straight into waiting area. Clean, comfortable and fast. Loved the entire experience....

It was only my first time at Colonial in Acton. I needed a service on my truck since other dealerships were to far away. I chose this one and it was a very good choice. While waiting I got to watch TV and browse the showroom. I like the look of the classic car photos on the walls. Nice touch there. The biggest thing for me is that everyone spoke English.
