I have bought many vehicles at Colonial Chevrolet. The last two times Dave Fillmore has been the salesperson and it has been a wonderful experience working with him. There was no high pressure and Dave was willing to spend all the time possible to answer questions and help search for a vehicle. He was knowledgeable of the features of the vehicle (Equinox) and how the options functioned. I will always think of Colonial Chevrolet first whenever I am in the market for a vehicle.

Not often do I say i enjoy dealing with salesman. However Joe P. gave me a new prospective. Very professional and not too pushy. For once i felt as thought he was looking out for me, not a commission. Understood what i needed/wanted, and went above and beyond. Im very pleased with my visit to colonial as well as my purchase.

Migel and John was great to work with from the moment I walked thru the doors Migel greeted me with a smile and Handshake. told Migel that I'm looking for a Silverado 2500 hd with a 8 foot plow and told him my budget and he delivered it with a smile. I had never leased a vehicle before but Colonial seemed to have an offer that I couldn't refuse ! We met Joe Pellegrini who patiently discussed the pro's and con's of leasing versus buying. Joe listened carefully to what we were looking for in a vehicle and brought a couple out front (it was a very cold January day !) for us to test drive and check out. After Joe had nailed the vehicle down we worked on price and a fair trade for my old 5 speed Corolla ! When we picked up the truck the next day, Joe spent a huge amount of time showing us all of the new electronic features that the new Silverado's have and gave us some lessons on using our iPhone with the trucks new MyLink system. I've bought a couple vehicles from Colonial, working with Joe Pells, and every time it has gone smoother than I could have imagined. I had some credit issues, so I knew getting a loan might be difficult and Joe has been able to help find me the vehicle to fit my needs and still come within budget, which is more than I hoped for. He is very knowledgeable and thorough, and always has everything ready as promised. I've been very pleased by the experience I've had with Colonial, and will continue to go back and see Joe when it comes time for the next vehicle.

We leased our vehicle from Colonial Chevrolet, at the same time we leased our vehicle because of LUKE EALEY. He was a delight to deal with, handled everything completely and professional. We walked away from the dealership with complete knowledge of how to operate our new vehicle and all the bells and whistles! Luke had all documents ready for us when we got to the dealership and meet with the Finance Director and completed the deal in less than 2 hours! Amazing experience and we will surely purchase again! I had to replace an expired lease vehicle and I shopped many brands and dealerships and Colonial's deal beat all the others by hundreds of dollars. I live in NH and I initially spoke to Mike Sparks by phone and he answered all my questions about my leasing options, sales tax exemption and delivery procedures. Mike then assigned Sales Associate Jim McLaughlin to finalize the transaction. Jim greeted us at the door when we arrived several days later and finalized the sale. Jim arranged for a 'loaner' vehicle for us to take back to NH until our new vehicle was delivered to our NH town office for registration. The driver who delivered our vehicle was very knowledgeable in the registration process and affixed our new plates for me and answered any remaining questions I had. From my initial call, to finalizing the sale, to vehicle delivery the entire process was handled in a very professional manner. I would not hesitate purchasing another vehicle from this Colonial dealership and would highly recommend it to anyone.
