Minuteman VW

We were very pleased while working with Minuteman on a recent lease. They made the process super easy and we felt very comfortable/at ease with them (not always the case with car dealerships). We worked with Tim Bishop and he was terrific.

Friendly and professional dealer staffed with helpful sales and tech people. Purchased a new left-over 2020 VW JETTA and I'm very happy with my purchase. Was a problem with a stone pebble stuck in the brake rotor but the folks at Minuteman fixed it right away. They ordered VW parts and the service manager was great in replacing the damaged part ASAP. Car runs great and I'm very happy with the price, service and follow-up with Minuteman. If your in the market for a German engineered car these folks are a great dealer and resource.

If I could give Minuteman Volkswagen 10 stars I would! From the minute I walked in the door I was comfortable and at ease with the entire car buying process. Tim Bishop was welcoming and patient even though I was there without an appointment. He answered every question and when I said I needed to think about the decision, he told me to take my time. He answered all my follow up questions and was as excited as I was when I picked up my car. I cannot stress enough how wonderful everyone at Minuteman was to deal with.

If you are looking for a vehicle without any pressure or hassel, Minuteman Volkswagen is the place to go! Tim Bishop was our salesman and you would've thought he was someone we had known forever. I cannot tell you how comfortable he made my husband and me feel. He took his time, told us what vehicle he thought would be best for me (after we asked him) and made the whole process so simple. We came over Friday afternoon, took the car for a ride and loved it then came back Saturday morning to do the finance paperwork with John Doucette. John pointed out the different benefits to financing and how we were really ahead of the game. When we left we felt like we had gained two new friends. The car we bought was a 2018 Volkswagon Tiguan and it was spotless!! I've had it a week now and love it. It runs so smooth, easy to get in and out of (I am a senior), gets great gas mileage and is easy to park. My husband had seen a VW on the highway and thought it looked nice. We had no intention of buying one but after visiting Minuteman and seeing their selection of certified vehicles, we were sold. Tim's patience with my hundred questions was outstanding! We have no hesitation recommending Tim and John and Minuteman VW for a new or used vehicle.

Today marks 1 month since I bought my “new to me” 2018 VW Tiguan SE. I must say, I really do like this vehicle. In fact, I love it. It’s roomy, has some great thought out features and it is solid. But I wanted to give a shout out to Minuteman Volkswagen in Bedford. We all probably know the dread of having to negotiate with dealerships. In my 40 years of buying cars, there isn’t one dealer I could rave about until now. Minuteman VW is different. With Grateful Dead music looping in the background, the atmosphere is low key and laid back. My salesman, Anthony, was fun and incredible to work with. And since the sale, the dealership has followed up with me numerous times to make sure I was happy and my expectations were met. Today, I took it in for some minor warranty work and they treated me like they did first day I stepped into the dealership - with kindness, courtesy and respect. The sales, finance, service and parts department personnel are stellar. Anthony, John, Timmy, Christian and the rest of the team, thank you. You know I will be back to hang out with you all!

Superb services from Tim Bishop, Tim Pulo and John Doucette! Every step was smooth and convenient- and most of it were done by phone! All we had to do is literally sign and drive! Would definitely recommend this team!
