Best-ever car buying experience with Richard King
My best-ever car buying experience working with Richard King at Bonnell Ford. They gave me a great deal on my custom F150 Raptor order placed back in early Oct 2021, patiently answered my questions and requests for updates throughout the 6 month build process, and when it came time for delivery, honored every word of our original purchase agreement. No wonder Richard and Bonnell are so loved on the MachE, Bronco6G, MaverickChat, F150Gen14, Ford Raptor, and several other forums. If you're looking for a Ford, Bonnell is where you want to go. And ask for RICHARD KING!!! Easily the best salesperson I have ever worked with. Also a shoutout to John Chalas who helped throughout the process as well. It's been an absolute pleasure working with these guys.

Seamless
The whole process of buying my car was seamless from beginning to end. Deb, my sales person was responsive and guided me the whole process. Everybody was totally upfront about pricing and extras and it was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. As a side note I am also totally obsessed with my new Explorer. I've never driven a ford before and it is spacious and kid friendly and has all the bells and whistles I look for in a car, including some I didn't even know I wanted.

Service writers-extremely thorough. Explained everything that was done as to what the problem was on my vehicle in a very understandable manner. New car purchase-Salesperson very polite, had great listening skills. Understood my budget and only presented vehicles that were in my budget. Made the car buying experience unpressured and easy through the whole process. Finance personnel were not pushy around extras and also understood my budget All and All a very easy buying experience.
