Great place to buy a vehicle

This was probably the easiest and least painful car buying experience I have ever had. Richard King was great to work with, communicates very well via phone, text and email. I did not feel any pressure to move forward with anything during the process. I would recommend Bonnell Ford to friends and family. Thank you!

Bonnell Ford Experience

Honest and professional. Ordered car in November for 2022 line. Was given an accurate timeframe to receive and verbal agreement on price was honored upon receipt. Would highly recommend. Dealt with Rich King- excellent ?sales advisor?.

Richard was great to work with. Vehicle was delayed but that is a problem everywhere. Looking forward to a positive future with Bonnell and my new electric Mustang

Tire air was greatly decreased after tire rotate

I asked replace of flat tire and oil change/ tire rotating at Bonnell Ford. Next day morning, I found that one tire's air was greatly decreased (only 12psi !) and I had to add air, even though I added all tires to 35psi just one week ago. It doesn't look flat tire because it has not been reduced for 4 days after I added air. I think the dealer's staff made a mistake and reduced my tire's air when tire rotating. I e-mailed it to customer center, but I have not received any responses yet. In addition, I said that I had a coupon for oil change, but it wasn't be reflected. I'll try to use another dealer next time.

Focus @75k miles: fine service; transmission ok!

Steve and Sue are superb service writers! Also glad to see "our" sales person, Deb Ciarcia, one of the best of all time! Coffee is back in the waiting room, hooray!

Periodic Maintenance

Everything was very professional. I was taken on time and waited for the car in a very nice waiting room. There were no problems with the service and it was done in an efficient manner. The glasses case on the interior roof would not close and the service manager ordered the new assembly. He will call me when it arrives to schedule replacement. I expected that would be the case.

2019 ford explorer service

As always, great experience at Bonnell. Quick, clean, efficient and work done to high quality. Always happy to continue to visit Bonnell for my service/repairs. When I'm ready for a new vehicle, it'll be my first place to visit.
