Battery put in by Toyota was faulty.

Battery put in by Toyota was faulty. I replaced the battery after several jump starts. The Toyota service shop refused to take the faulty battery back.

It took 3 hours to do an oil change and state inspection

It took 3 hours to do an oil change and state inspection . This is the second time it has taken 3 hours for regular maintenance. That is unacceptable. I have bought several vehicles from your dealership and have always had the cars serviced there. It probably won’t happen next time I need service
