Everything reaping to my vehicle was great.

Everything reaping to my vehicle was great. I think the snack bar could be better utilized and a snack machine should be available. As a diabetic, things went south and a panic almost set in.

I have a 2024 Toyota RAV4 and only 10,900 miles on it.

I have a 2024 Toyota RAV4 and only 10,900 miles on it. Went in for 6 month service. Was told it was recommended to get an alignment and tire rotation not covered under service contract and paid $193. Waited over 2-1/2 hours because I don't know why. My 3rd visit to IRA Toyota and it was terrible in my opinion.

Took them 2 hour and 15 to do rotation multi inspection.

Took them 2 hour and 15 to do rotation multi inspection. Even tho my appointment at 9;00 am. I saw my truck pull in at 10:10am

I have been driving Toyota for years.

I have been driving Toyota for years. One of the reasons is that you have a very good service department.. The work that I had done today was finished on time and my car was nice and clean when I picked it up.
