They’ve earned my business!!

Joel M. greeted me as I came through the door, he was wearing a mask but smiled with his eyes! Very knowledgeable, informed me of every step throughout my process of trading in my lease for a new, listened to what I had to work with and didn’t leave me feeling like I was getting ripped off. He was professional and made my experience there seamless even though I know a lot was happening behind the scenes! Was able to leave with my new car in about 4 hours! I was impressed! So much impressed that we returned to do the same thing with my husbands car two days later! The only hang up was the registration department (which is out of the dealerships hands in terms of waiting time) we hung around the entire day waiting for registration to transfer so I could get inspected)... even though the registry service is on site - I wouldn’t necessarily agree it’s a convenience service. The general manager was very responsive to my initial email inquiry which was why I went to IRA in the first place. Previously, I was a loyal customer of Atlantic Toyota in Lynn. After buying my first car at Atlantic, 2 leases and all my service appointments there, I was very disappointed in their lack of responsiveness to a returning customer. So now, IRA you have earned my business!! Thank you! Joel M was outstanding! You’re very lucky to have him represent IRA Toyota.

50k mile service and inspection sticker .

Told service would take about 90 mins. Actually took 2h 15m . Vehicle sat in lot before I was told it was ready . Usually wash the vehicle , didnt this time . Work order usually includes brakes and tires condition , didnt.

Service for the Tacoma

Made an appointment by phone to drop my truck off for service. When i got there, I was given detailed information about what would be done and how long it would take. When the truck was done, I picked up and drove out of there hassle free.

Human Being

Bill Collier was very helpful as we sorted out issues with a ten year old Rav 4 with almost 205,000 miles on it. Technician Dennis Chan was also helpful in performing the "physical" on the vehicle

I will never go anywhere else- as a single woman with no excess of money, I couldn't find a more reputable and trustworthy dealership; for sales and repair, I've never felt taken, I love them and will never go anywhere else!

Purchased a Highlander in 2016 and a lease Corolla in 2018. Always get my cars and service at Ira. Outstanding service, great price, very professional staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Ask for Blake if buying new

Great experience. Good communication

Went in to test drive a car just posted online. On our way over they called to tell us it was going to Wholesale. Carl our Sales Rep was fun and informative. He followed up right through pick up. Clean facility and every there pleasant and polite.

Don’t have a title!

Thorough but took a long time. Luckily I was driven there and picked up the car at 12:30pm when ready. I would not. have been happy sitting there for five hours! Steve Mayan the service Advisor was very helpful and courteous.

Service customer

Prior to bringing my car in for service I called to ask about COVID-19 safety procedures. I was told masks were required at all times, physical distance was practiced, seats were covered before employees entered customer vehicles, car interiors were wiped down and hands were sanitized at minimum between customers. I waited 35 minutes before a service advisor came to my vehicle and by then observed that IRA Toyota barely follows any COVID-19 guidance. I only stayed waiting for an advisor because I was sandwiched in between vehicles. And when the advisor approached, she came within a foot of me and without a mask covering her nose. Horrifying experience. While waiting, I witnessed very poor COVID-19 safety procedures. No consistent mask use, no physical distancing and multiple employees in and out of customer cars ... even back seats. I will be calling to report this business to local and state public health officials.
