Service department very courteous and efficient. The waiting area is very comfortable and the chairs were 6ft apart. All customers were wearing their face masks. This was my third routine maintenance service since buying the car 18 months ago. I would certainly recommend this dealership and I really enjoy my Rav4

Made My Day
After having a HORRIBLE experience at a KIA dealership I stopped off at IRA Toyota in Danvers on my way home. I was greeted by Chuck Benedict at the door. I told him how I left the previous dealership in tears and I had talked to someone last year about possibly leasing a Toyota RAV4 but ended up stepping away. I have always been a fan of Toyota and the RAV4 is my “dream” SUV. Chuck took the time to explain EVERYTHING with me. We compared buying a certified pre-owned and leasing a brand new RAV4. He listened to all my concerns and was able to get the pricing down to fit my budget. Even the finance manager was great!! Not only did I leave the dealership with my Dream car, but I left feeling like an equal. Thank you IRA for making my dreams come true. I will be back in 3 years when my lease is up to purchase a vehicle again. I would highly recommend this dealership and Chuck to anyone looking for a new car.

Oil change only
I felt 1 hr. and 45 minutes was a little long wait for a oil change I had a 4 pm appt. dealership was always being sanitized by an employee

Very poor customer servers
I don’t recommend any body’s to ira.the customer service so bad peoples came after me the Get service so fast.my appointment at 5pm I came at 4pm and I’m the last one get the service after 4h. I feel discrimination .

I don’t believe appointments were being honored. ~12 cars inside garage, more outside. Long wait until service. Autos appeared to be taken order of arrival and not by appointment time.

I got my car towed to ira and was suppose to be serviced at 1240 I had to call to find out they “couldn’t find it” it took them over 3 hours to call and say they found it even after the tow trucked dropped it off and called to say where it was. I was very worried as I didn’t know where my vehicle was and had no assurance from the person that was on the phone that it was concerning to them. Furthermore it was not being dealt with immediately. I then did not receive my vehicle until the following day when it was ready in late afternoon. I was also told that nobody at Ira was available to look for my car and it “would be hard because there is Toyota’s all around” which I found incredibly concerning.
