Surprised to not see my car vacuumed out after my service, service desk was backed up and therefore, they took me late for appt. The gentlemen that worked with me was exceptional. Very informative and kind.

15K Service
15K service, took 2 hours and 5 minutes on a Friday afternoon which is a bit much, but rep was courteous and advised me of the situation prior.

Asked to have glove compartment door checked, didn’t do. 2 hours for an oil change?had free coffee and a comfortable place to sit, suggested a few repairs that seemed unnecessary

Fantastic service for mileage and inspection!
Had a wonderful experience at this Toyota, reserved an appointment for 20 minutes in advance online and got there and within an hour my car was done. I had to leave the my car at the shop, and was able to pick my car up after they had closed. The car is running great and the customer service I received was phenomenal.

Service
At first all was good. Then when I was told I needed new tires which I knew I do, the person I was dealing with just wasn't listing to what I was saying. She just kept saying my car wouldn't pass inspection and not in a good tone. I hope never to deal with her again. Then I had to walk around the lot too look for my car. Never was told where they parked it. This was not good. Didn't end up getting the tires because I no longer wanted to deal with her.

Excellent experience purchasing my new RAV4
Mr. Abdul Ouhaj intercepted us as we entered the sales room and asked how he could help. We had a good conversation where he listened carefully and made sure that he understood our needs and maintained safety regarding the virus. He was flexible in terms of the pricing and offered alternatives. As someone who has not bought a new car in 15 years, I appreciated his genuine caring, careful listening, suggestions, follow up and friendliness. He could have spent a bit more time explaining the bells and whistles, but I did leave in my new car knowing most of what I needed to know. Thank goodness for the manual. Meeting a former customer whom Mr. Ouhaj introduced indicated that he has people who have benefitted from his help and have kept in contact with him. No problem at all giving *****. I went for service with out appointment. It took around 3 hour in place of less than two hours. But service was done. Team is courteous.
