Exceptional as usual!!!

I have worked with Mike on my last three cars (all within 4 years) and all Nissan from Kelly. Every time the experience gets better and better, I cant say enough about how comfortable I feel when I walk into this dealership especially knowing Mike will be there to help me with my purchase. I honestly feel that without Mike this dealership would lose a lot. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Sabrina on this car purchase and in my experience she is one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with in all my years in the car buying market. Kudos to Mike and Sabrina for making mine and I am sure many others car buying an exceptional experience at Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield. All the Best, Justin Schneider

Car # 8 is really great!

I have a big big family and everyone one of us has purchased our cars through Kelly Nissan. They have great pricing, know their product, and treat me like an equal. No shady sales pressure for sure. My salesman Dan was amazing...remembered me from previous purchases and made this sale just as special as my first car! Great job to all!

Great experience!

Everyone at this dealership especially Dan did everything we asked in the most timely manner. They were efficient, helpful and overall wonderful people. I lost hope getting rid of my 2005 maxima and after going to several dealers Kelly Nissan made everything I dreamed of possible. I was able to get a 2015 Altima for the exact amount I needed my payments to be at. The paper work, detail of the car , pick up, everything superseded my expectations. Not only did I have a great experience but my father purchased a vehicle two weeks prior at this same dealer and got exactly what he wanted. Thank you guys for everything !

1st oil change of new lease

I brought my car in to have its first oil change. Ben was super friendly. Directed me where to wait. The waiting room was great. Spacious and comfirtable. My car was done within 20 minutes.

Expected the worst and got the BEST!!!

My fiancé and I went to the Kelly dealership in Lynnfield because they happen to sell the two vehicles that we were interested in. We went before the dealership even opens to avoid the "vultures" so that we could take a good look in peace before being approached...I'm truly sorry, but this is how it usually feels going to a dealership. : / Our experience was FAR from what we had braced ourselves for! It began when Adriano (sorry, can't recall his last name) came walking toward us as we were looking at the Murano, which, by the way, we ABSOLUTELY LOVE! He was just so upbeat and had this warm, wide open presence. He must work somewhere near bye? He can't possibly be our sales-guy was my thought. I am the cynic in the family and boy did he have his work cut out for him!!! Poor guy. But he handled my directness and cynicism like a champ. I pulled no punches and he knew exactly where I stood at all times. Basically, "I hate buying a car and I don't trust you". Adriano couldn't have been more patient, more informed of his product or more sincere. He didn't play games or act almighty. He was real and fair and actually, REALLY pleasant to be around. He's quite funny and someone you would want to hang out with. He delivered on every single promise and I would trust him with my daughter, mother and best friend. I'm praying that when we're ready to buy again, we'll again want to buy Nissan, (this is our first, so we'll see) so that we can work with Adriano again! There was a small hiccup at the conclusion of our purchase and though my fiancé and I accepted it (sort of) Adriano would not. He went so far and above what we could/would have expected and he'd already earned our business. It says SO MUCH about his level of integrity! Do yourself a favor, if you're looking for a great buying experience where you feel understood and valued, go see Adriano. You won't regret it! We'd like to note also that our finance guy, Carl, was a first class act and we owe him a great debt of gratitude for his diligence and help in getting the best deal possible. We will not forget! ??

Cavan's Crew

Brought my Altma in for first oil change -- free now how doesn't love free -- and as a girl/woman did not understand why my radiator fluid was draining, thanks to the crew and my man Ben (for the day) all set and my mind is now at ease. I drive highway to and from work all fear of breakdown is gone. Service department is what makes a purchase at Kelly's worth every cent. Thank you. Your friend (and sometimes pain in the xxx) Janeda
