A good part of the reason for the ease with which we bought the second car was the care and service we got from Ryan Ferguson's service department. We are greeted in a friendly and professional manner. Our service representative explained everything without attempting to push us to do anything we didn't want or need. The service was fast, complete and, because it was the first oil change with the new car, it was free. I can't imagine better service than that
