I have been dealing with Mark in service for many years. Over the years I have purchased 5 Lexus's from Herb Chambers dealership in Sharon. Mark has always been and continues to be the only service adviser that I want to deal with. He is knowledgeable and forthcoming. Always a good experience .

Employees are dishonest and unethical. They try to overcharge and sometimes tell customers they need services that aren’t really needed. I thought that the representative that I dealt with today was unprofessional and tried to charge me more than what was originally quoted. He was not happy that I pointed it out to him.

I found the listing for my new car online and sent an inquiry, the response time was quick and they had me test driving it that day. I decided I would like to buy it and had it within the week. Rene and Lesly were very communicative with an appropriate response time anytime I had a question. They made sure even when not in office that someone was available to me. I am very satisfied with my new car and the service from Herb Chambers Lexus. Would definitely recommend.

Julio and my service advisor Randy are great. From the time I entered the dealership I was greeted with a smile from Julio who is always pleasant no matter what time of day it is. My service advisor Randy is the best he goes above and beyond to insure my service goes according to as planned. He informs me in a timely manner if there’s a change in plans. Service was great. Just bummed that so far each visit to the service department has has in total incurred over 3k in repairs/maintenance. Other than that I will continue to drive the hour and change drive for service on my vehicle because the team here as been awesome

Wow! I truly did not expect a response. Perfect example of why I choose this dealer versus any other. Unfortunately I will be visiting again SMH for service reasons. Man the bad luck. I will be in tomorrow to drop my vehicle off for a check engine light now and that’s not even why I came in on Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for Monday the 27th. We’ll see you soon.
