I was very pleased with every aspect of this day. Rene Lapaz was terrific .... he knew I was sort of new to this and he walked me thru each step,. When it came to the bottom line of the lease, he was able to make it happen to fit exactly into my specs.

We recently terminated a 4 year lease with 2 years left to downsize and get into a 2020 Lexus model and at the same time I bought one of their slightly used vehicles onsite. Giovanni was our salesperson and Niko was the sales manager. My wife and I had an outstanding experience, the team was responsive, easy to deal with and the customer service from Giovanni and Niko was better than we have had at any dealership in 30 years! I would definitely recommend Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon as they treat their customers as they should and make the buying experience a pleasure.

I agree with all the positive reviews below. Chris was really charismatic, thorough, polite. We were interested in a specific used vehicle and no pressure to go above budget. Advocated for a good deal for us. Dealt with complicated licensing issues during COVID for a military member with connections to multiple states. Took time to research aftermarket parts on the vehicle. I’d definitely be happy to work with him again.

WOW - why do I keep coming back to HC? Is it because of Herb? No - it’s RONNI TRAVERS!!! She is awesome! Not only does Ronni call you back ON HER DAY OFF, and treat you with a killer smile every single time you walk into the dealership, BUT Ronni she be a consultant on what it is to be at the top for Customer Service ! Ronni’s skillset is remarkable! A guide to be followed! And after the service she even followed up with a , “ Was the car to your satisfaction?” This is my second Lexus at this dealership for this reason. Herb - give Ronni a promotion!! Don’t let her go!! If you are buying a Lexus, there is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else than Herb Chambers in Sharon. We went to the dealership at 11:30 and were driving home by 3:30 in the car we wanted. It was so nice to hear a dealer praise the condition of the car we were trading in. We received great value for our 2014 Lexus. We have always liked the sales representatives we have dealt with, but Bill Kessler was the best! Business Manager Carlos Lucario was also a pleasure. This is a different buying experience than any other we have encountered, including other Lexus dealers.
