Overall excellent purchasing experience with one small hitch. Jim Sudol was no pressure salesman. Patient and answered lots of questions. Good demo of all car details. Finance guy did not pressure me on extended warranties which was greatly appreciated. Only glitch was that I was promised Weather Tech floor mats. I even called the week before purchase to make sure they were available (I would have purchased on my own if there was any concern about availability). Jim assured me they had them. On purchase day, no floor mats (delayed delivery due to holiday was explanation given). If it weren't for this issue, I would have given 5 stars.

Would not service my 2017 Hyundai 55k miles
I took my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe, 54,500 miles, to get the rear windshield wiper fluid trunk system repaired and they asked me to sign a "authorization of diagnosis" for approximately $179.00 dollars to even look at my vehicle. The windshield fluid was shooting inside my car instead of outside my car. My car has never been in an accident, and I am appalled by the audacity of this dealership and the manager Larry to want to charge me before they would even look at the vehicle. I've had my Hyundai serviced at other dealers, for more difficult jobs, and I've never had this type of problem or "authorization of diagnosis" charges. They told me that I would be charged if they weren't able to send the part to Hyundai to repair, or if somehow it was my fault. The car is obviously under warranty and obviously a malfunction of the vehicle, but they still pressed to charge me or they wouldn't even look at my car. Larry was extremely rude and walked off when I told him how upset I was with this charge. He waved me off, sat down in his office, and made a phone call. The service is bad, but the customer service that Larry provided was worse. I hope they hire a different manager, because if you cant serve the customer with simple communication skills, you shouldn't be working in customer service. This doesn't include the fact that this is a dealership and they couldn't service my car under warranty. I will be filing a BBB complaint against this dealership and reporting the dealership to Hyundai. Awful experience. Awful service, Awful management under Larry.

LIED TO
I can into the dealership in November to purchase a Hyundai Tucson and was told to come in. I informed them of the time and day I would be coming in because that was the only day I had off from work. I drove about 45 mins to this location and was told that one of their co-workers had the specific vehicle that I asked about and wanted me to come back around 7 pm. I decided to come back another day and test drove the car and it was nice. When it came to trying to purchase it, they told me that I would have to put down $8000, which I NEVER heard of. Later on in November I received a letter from the bank stating that I received a certain amount. I came back to the location and was told that the car I was interested in was sold. I just so happen to look on cars.com and the same car that I was interested in is on the site, NOT SOLD! Plus I was told that in order for me to purchase a car from there, they would have to pay the bank $3000 up front and they didn't feel like it was worth it. I NEVER heard of the different things they told me when trying to purchase a vehicle in my life! I don't recommend ANYONE going there.

Liars and Cheaters
Run don’t walk away from this place if you have any intention of purchasing a used car from them!!! Liars, cheaters and all around not the type of people I would ever want to give business to. They took complete advantage of my stepson who was purchasing his first new car. He is not a native English speaker and only moved here from Europe a few years ago. It was an experience that left him disappointed and with a bad taste for American business practices in general. They sold him a car that they new had a bad starter. Unfortunately my son never started the car himself...they conveniently had the car running each time he should test drive it. The door handle cover was missing, there was a hole in the tail pipe, there were loose pieces under the body of the car....a $10,000 car mind you!!! Then when my husband tried to call and speak with the manager, he was arrogant and rude! Tried to make it seem like he was working with us on a solution that was not a solution at all!! Only would have cost my son even more money. In hindsight we ever should have let our son go to purchase a car by himself, but we wanted to give him the opportunity to be proud of his accomplishments and purchasing experience. The whole experience was exactly what gives used car salesman a bad name. Shame on you all!!

The stuff appears very friendly and knowledgeable, but not having a trace of honesty, decency or integrity when it gets to the pricing issues, even though I had a pre-negotiated TrueCar price. Sales Consultant Marc Gibrick spent long time convincing me to pay extra $1,500 for options already included in the price. When he failed, he brought in Sales Manager Dan Meegan, who chose a different tactics. He acknowledged the pre-negotiated price, but started adding non-existent "government fees." Since all fees and taxes must be correctly disclosed in the bill of sales, Dan substituted the agreed upon price by a significantly higher price there, offering straight to my face bogus explanations insulting my intelligence. Tom, who is a finance guy, did not initiate any lies, but eagerly corroborated whatever nonsense Dan was feeding me.
