Terrible Place To Buy A Vehicle!

Should've checked the engine oil before test drive, but I forgot. After I purchased and got home the engine oil was dirt black like it had never been changed. Truck had 28,000 miles on it. Avoid this place like the plague! Too many other issues with this place to go into detail. Basically avoid like the plague!

Elizabeth, and Sales manager, started out nice, trying to...

Elizabeth, and Sales manager, started out nice, trying to be helpful. But after a few mins of 15-25, mins waiting for help even after an appointment made and confirmed, my family and I were still waiting for help. Then, the price gouging, add ons started with the bill of sales adding $9,000+ in packing the contract with add ons. I was shocked and felt discriminated, and thought as a fool. I was ready to purchase, had my check book, any documents I may need just in case. I ended up buying a Toyota Highlander, Limited Platinum from a competitor. Buyer beware of this dealership tactics, and unprofessionally demeanor.

Mark Gibrik, David Choi, Dan Meegan, and Tom Lejman made the buying experience a pleasure. The showroom was clean and bright, and we felt that every precaution was taken to keep everyone Covid safe. We got the auto we wanted at a price that beat every other dealership we went to. We highly recommend Naplelton Hyundai!

All car sales people should learn from this dealer

had a very difficult time running around for 2 weekends hoping to buy the car I wanted but ended up with typical "bait and switch" schemes that most car dealers do. Almost lost all the hopes THEN I decided to just drove all the way to Napleton Hyundai Glenview for my one last attempt. It turned out to be an unexpectedly amazing experience - I sense a very trust worthy genuine vibe from the sales person who helped me, Adam. Needless to say, he made the sales and I got the new car I'm very happy with. Highly recommended if you're sick and tired of typical care selling people who just want to your money rather than caring about helping you.

Overall it was a good experience. I traded in my car and purchased a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe limited. Got fair price for my trade in and customer service was great.
