This is my 2nd time buying from Londonderry ford. The sales department as well as the service department are very knowledgable and ready to help with all your needs and questions.i would highly recommend Londonderry ford for your next vehicle purchase.

Lee was very helpful when I was deciding on what features/packages I should add on the truck that I bought. He explains and share pros and cons why I should add certain feature over the other.

Jeff responded to my internet query within a few hours. They worked with me on the price of my trade and I got almost what I wanted. This is the second time I've worked with this dealer having bought another car from them a few years ago. Ford of Londonderry has a ton of used as well as new stock. Highly recommend this dealer.

Great Service Department. They finally solved my infrequent steering system problem. Only dealer that didn't have a 6-8 week wait.

The Ford of Londonderry customer service and service teams are great to work with. I believe they take great care in servicing my F150. They took my vehicle in on time and finished within a very reasonable timeframe. Their waiting area is always clean, some great snacks, coffee, water, and allows full view of the service bay. The service bay areas also look very clean and organized.

There better than nearby facilities. Though they continue to not reattach the bottom engine compartment shield. The day following an Oil Change, while I was rotating tires I found one retaining screw missing. (I still need to check the rest)

I ordered a 2023 Maverick in September of 2022 and was pleasantly surprised when I received notification that it would arrive at Ford of Londonderry in July. Bob Morissette, my salesmen, was awesome during the entire process. He was responsive, thoughtful, and very helpful. I've read the horror stories about people buying Mavericks around the country and saw no hint of that at all. No games with the final price and very flexible with my schedule as the truck arrived earlier than expected. I highly recommend Ford of Londonderry and that is exactly where I will buy my next Ford!
