There better than nearby facilities.

There better than nearby facilities. Though they continue to not reattach the bottom engine compartment shield. The day following an Oil Change, while I was rotating tires I found one retaining screw missing. (I still need to check the rest)

I ordered a 2023 Maverick in September of 2022 and was pleasantly surprised when I received notification that it would arrive at Ford of Londonderry in July. Bob Morissette, my salesmen, was awesome during the entire process. He was responsive, thoughtful, and very helpful. I've read the horror stories about people buying Mavericks around the country and saw no hint of that at all. No games with the final price and very flexible with my schedule as the truck arrived earlier than expected. I highly recommend Ford of Londonderry and that is exactly where I will buy my next Ford!

The service department was easy to deal with.

The service department was easy to deal with. However, I have an issue with the body shop. I went there to get work done on my Mustang and was told they would send me an estimate. Been almost a month and still nothing.

Always very happy with the service we get at Ford Of Londonderry. Wanda Cyr is great to work with, & Chris Gregoire & Frank Liston are awesome mechanics. Also had some body work done and BJ Anderson does a great job! We would not bring our trucks anywhere else. Keep up the good work! Kris & Steve Pavles

Very glad to get my Escape back when features not in

Very glad to get my Escape back when features not in rental EchoSport. I felt that service person was exaggerating repair time when factory warranty is being performed. Vehicle repair was excellent.
