McGrath Honda in Elgin

Sales Man Sujit is a great asset to the McGrath Honda in Elgin he always checked on us during our a long wait for closing on the vehicle. Overall it has been a pleasant experience.

In 2012, I went to buy out my lease. They told me I had to get the car "certified" and pay $2,500.00 for that privelege. They had my car at least 4 days. When they finally told me they were done with it, it was in the exact same sport where it was left. When I asked them for the paoerwork to see what they did to the car, they refused to show me anything. I called the dealership 4 or 5 times after that, even leaving messages for the GM, no response. I mentioned that what they did may be illegal, then I got a call back. They still refused to give me any paperwork, and from what I saw, they did absolutely nothing but take my money. I had to give 1 star, but 0 would be more appropriate.

Went to get mirror fixed, two month later, they say they have no idea when it will comer in, and give me the run around when I call to ask. They won't contact me.
