Good service

Service was prompt. Usually explain everything before leaving.service area is on the small side but comfortable. I believe they are making improvements to this facility so things may change.

Great service

Very friendly, listened to my concerns. Came in for a rattle noise and when tech could not hear it I was asked to take a drive with him to further diagnose the problem. To me, that is professional, other dealers I dealt with did not extend me that courtesy.

I was able to receive timely service and felt that everything had been communicated effectively. I felt that I was informed about the necessary parts and repair process the entire time- and they repaired it quickly!

Acura of Avon

I felt truly taken care of. A number of issues came up with my car, and typically, I get extreme anxiety in situations like that. I was reassured that, even though it was quite a list of jobs, it would all be okay and it all is not needed at one time. I wish more businesses had this approach with their customers.

Acura of Avon

I had a great experience with my sales experience with Steve. He was able to offer a great deal on my new vehicle. I am very happy with my new RDX. I didn't feel pressured when considering my options. The negotiation process was good and we were able to settle on a good deal.

Friendly fast service. Was greeted with a smile. Loaner car was ready on the spot, and very clean. Will continues coming to the dealer ship for all my needs
