Always great customer service

The excellent customer service. The service consultant thoroughly explained what work would be done to my car and gave a accurate cost estimate, there were no surprises when I picked up the car.

Doing the right thing

They listened to us and fixed the problem. Rotors were worn with low mileage on vehicle. They were replaced without a cost to us.

Good buying experience but fell short on delivery.

Jason and Tony were easy to deal with. Accommodating and informative. Sale process was comfortable. Delivery process fell short because the extras weren't offered until I was paying for the car. I was surprised by the extras which I ended up wanting but also ended up waiting two extra hours to leave with the car because the ClearCoat wasn't arranged before hand.

Mr. Iacino was very helpful and accomodating.

Low key, knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. Mr Iacino was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating coming to my home to give me a ride to the dealership. No pressure was applied. He was patient in demonstrating the technology in the new car.

Friendly staff

My car needed an update to my transmission and it solved my problem. I was happy to see they cleaned my floor mats on this visit. Your staff is so friendly I really enjoy dealing with all of them. Thank you.

Great service

The service team is responsive and accomodates my concern. I trust they will only fix what is neeed and they always make sure I have a loaner car so that i can continue with my committments without delay. They keep me informed via text which is great! My Acura has 174k miles on it now.. and Being able to trust a service team key. I'm almost ready to buy another new Acura... and I it will be with Avon of Acura.

Excellent service as always

Service was excellent. Service manager answered all my many questions patiently and thoroughly until I fully understand the problem with my car and what was done to repair it. Problem was resolved.

Good service. Good facility

They fixed the problem. I believe it took three visits, unfortunately,. I think that now the problem has bee corrected.
