James and Brendan were OUTSTANDING!

James and Brendan were OUTSTANDING!!! Very helpful and stayed in communication with my vehicle at all times. Would def go back even being an hour away just from the customer service skills they gave me!!!!

Excellent service.

Excellent service. Timely in and out for oil change and tire rotation. Service manager also was taking care of an issue that was needdd.

Scranton service department employees have all been exceptional to work with for my Cadillac CT4-V. I have been very pleased since purchasing this vehicle with Scranton. Mike was just great in helping me with my latest warranty work as well as handling my software upgrade! Thank you all!

The service I received was excellent!

The service I received was excellent!! My car was serviced, the issue I had was addressed and the programming of my keys was done. I also had many questions answered about the EV Escalade on the showroom floor. They also addressed the questions I had about my insurance coverage. Again, I was very satisfied with my service!!!
