Over 2 weeks to fix the car.
Over 2 weeks to fix the car. When returning loaner car we were threatened with a $500 cleaning fee for having my wifes service dog in the car for 1 day. I could charge you $500 but im not going to from the service manager. Then you should have said nothing. We left worrying about the next time the car needs to be serviced . If we need a loaner will we be charged ??? Not happy customers

I like this dealership a lot and they repaired my car,
I like this dealership a lot and they repaired my car, which I am happy about. I bought my Buick Encore at Scranton and am happy with the car The only part that I am unhappy with is paying $212 for the diagnostic test. The diagnostic test should have been refunded when I paid $2500 for the repair. Also, I told you all what the problem was by name, turbo, when I called for the appointment and dropped the car off. I’ve been told that the turbocharger is a known problem in GM cars over 70k miles and the repair is covered in other models. Yet I still paid $212 for a diagnostic test. Do you see my point? Would you be happy about paying for this service?

Like that it is small and family owned .
Like that it is small and family owned . my only obstacle is the sticker they put on your windshield has only 5 000 miles and 6 months for the next oil change should be 7500 or when the percentage runs out
