When i went in I was quoted 1 price.
When i went in I was quoted 1 price. When I rang out. It was another. And all they did was diagnosis my car. Which.. They lied and did wrong. The code my car was reading is what is wrong with my car. I have contacted an attorney to have my $217 returned.

In the past, I had excellent experience at this location. I bought my car in January of 2021. My car was picked up from my work location, serviced and delivered in the perfect condition. It was 5 stars service. Unfortunately, this service is gone. I have to bring my car in. Recently there is an excuse for my car not to be cleaned as it was promised to be serviced and the mechanics who work in my car leave dirty hands and feet prints. My service is pre-paid, but on every visit- I am being asked to pay the full amount of the service, and I have to remind the customer service about my pre paid plan. I am sad that as my car that I care do well for doesn’t receive a treatment when it was brand new.

Outstanding! I just want to thank Billy D. and Beverly R. for being a top tier, and everyone in the dept that I interacted with, thank you for being so friendly esp at 8am. Billy was thorough, he addressed our concerns, assessed and the team fixed the issues! He checked in and kept us up to date and we appreciate it. Beverly had all the paperwork ready to be signed, I was able to come in and hit the road in minutes and head to work on time. When your dealership has a great sales team AND service department, you've kinda hit the jackpot :-).
