Understanding and flexible regarding scheduling however

Understanding and flexible regarding scheduling however after I brought my truck home I went to put my air filter in and noticed the oil fill cap was never installed and was left bouncing around in my engine bay had I not caught that it could have caused damage to my vehicle, also checked the oil and it was only half full also.

Everyone there from Juliana at the front desk to David my

Everyone there from Juliana at the front desk to David my salesmen the sales manager and the finance guy were professional, friendly and helpful! It was a pleasure buying from Scranton. The truck is amazing! I feel like it was a good value for the price. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and come back for my next purchase.

Wife's car was totaled when someone ran a stop

Wife's car was totaled when someone ran a stop sign, no injuries but we were in a hurry to get another car. Jeff was very easy to work with, and the car we got was a fair price. We were impressed with the dealership.

While Brendan was pleasant and friendly, he was not able

While Brendan was pleasant and friendly, he was not able to answer any of my questions or explain anything about the process or the truck itself. He was consistently walking away for 5-10 minutes at a clip, to get an answer for a 30 second question. The finance department was 45 minutes late for an appointment that was set to purchase the truck. When presented with the final apr%, it was 4% higher than the previously agreed upon rate, and needed to be fought back down. In closing, the salesman need to be much better educated about the vehicles they're selling and the process behind it. The finance department needs to be more transparent and timely. Dan McCann was the only person that was informative and helpful in the final set up of vehicle before it was driven off the lot. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from Scranton's.

Great, professional staff of friendly people.

Great, professional staff of friendly people. Very nice comfortable waiting room and amenities. I suppose I could complain about 'sticker shock' but prices are increasing EVERYWHERE. I want my mechanics/technicians to be paid a competitive wage, and I appreciate the level of trust they return to me with their honest work.
