Try to avoid there service

Try to avoid there service they are Scammers Scott at the service department said $59 for oil change and tire rotation, Than he charge me almost $144 including $31 for oil Disposal he is a liar trying to cheats custmors money when I catch him he said stop by I will give you $50 back I told him no the difference is more he said take it or leave it with Attitude , Unfortunately I have to take my business somewhere else and I will never use this dealer again I also send a message to the dealer management nobody answered and I’m willing to complain with Ford Lincoln also Better Business Bureau also I will call the city of Orlandpark. Because I want everybody knows about this and everybody be careful when you deal with them they will steal your money.

Joe Rizza Ford of Orland Park

We ordered a vehicle in October for my daughter. We negotiated a discount, paid a deposit, and signed the papers. The vehicle arrived in late February. The salesman and the sales manager tried to renege on the deal. They said the discount was given in error because due to the chip shortage cars are being sold at sticker price. When we went to order the car I was told it would be sticker price. I asked what incentive do I have to ORDER from you. I told them I would go to another dealer and if they told also told me sticker price well then I would just order from the other dealer. That's when they agreed to offer me a discount. After about 30 minutes of intense and heated discussion they agreed to honor the original price. This is not how you treat customers. Not only will we never buy another car from Joe Rizza, we will never take this one there for service. Not getting anymore of my money.

I personally recommend Rizza Ford

I originally bought my car from Rizza Ford and had a very good experience with sales, & later with service. Recently I dealt with Paul P., as I contacted him to get advice & info; he deals with used car buy-back. Paul was very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his taking his time to talk with me & give me such great assistance. I recommend all aspects of Rizza Ford, from buying, to service, to selling!

MY F350

They were speedy with get me in and out of service. Worth the little further drive for me than the Ford dealership in my local area. Plus they are a union shop unlike Willowbrook Ford
