2022 Lincoln Nautilus from Joe Rizza Lincoln

From the time of ordering to the time of delivery, Mr. Gio and Mr. Rizza were a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Joe Rizza Lincoln to anyone interested in buying a car. I was skeptical at first with the length of the delivery time, but with everything this country is experiencing, I couldn't fault the dealer. I am absolutely in love with my new car......

Buys be aware

I would give 0 star if I could. I bought a car from this dealer in Dec 2020. I really regretted buying a car from them. They didn't care you as a customer but your money. I felt I was ignored when I walked into the door, no greeting, nobody cared about me. After looking at the car twice, I bought the car, but felt bad right after paying. I should've tested drive for a second time, then I wouldn't buy it for sure. I drove back home after payment and the salesman (Temo Velazquez) drove the car to my address later. I signed all paperwork in the car without lights on, I didn't pay too much attention to my name on paperwork that they spelt incorrectly (Lessons learnt). I noticed the misspelling of my name on title transfer and registration applications (But my name was correct on the initial payment document, so the finance messed it up) right after Temo left and called him to correct my name for title and registration. He said he would let the finance manager know and correct it. I drove back for powertrain inspection as I heard some noise, during which I asked for a copy of transaction. I noticed my name was still misspelt on it, but the finance manager (Bob Burke I believe) said he corrected in the system. The noise was from the tires and gone after I changed four tires. Now I cross my fingers not to have any problems on the car. I called them after two weeks, one month, and two months asking why I haven't received my title, the finance manager said it would take 90 days due to the Covid, Ok, let's wait for 3 months. I felt my name was not corrected, so I called the Secretary of State around 3 months, they said my name was misspelt. GOOD JOB, BOB BURKE and ROOSEVELT STURKEY, you guys were so INCOMPETENT in your position that you couldn't do one thing right!!!!!!!!!!! Or maybe you didn't care your customers at all but their money or you intentionally wanted to give me more troubles. Eventually, I received my title in my mail box with wrong name. I called Temo and Roosevelt Sturkey and left voice messages many times, Temo said he told the finance manager to correct it, so he kicked the fault to the finance. Well, Roosevelt and Bob never returned my calls to solve the issue. Now I filed a correction application and paid $53, because I believe I could save more energy to do my important things rather than beg them correct it to save 50 bucks like a beggar. I am seriously telling you all not thinking about buying a car from them. I've rarely given such low star review (read my google reviews). BE AWARE of this dealer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid them like plague!!!!!!!!!!

THIS DEALERSHIP IS JUNKKKK!

Hello fellow car buyer's! if you'd like to get ripped off and or spoken to like you're an idiot and don't know anything about cars by all means go to joe rizza ford lincoln and experience possibly the work car salesmen in Illinois. they are rude and disrespectful. they value their vehicles as good and highly over price them. if you offer a lower number than their listing price. well they no longer care about your business. they get an attitude with you and start talking to you like you don't know anything about the vehicle. then they will send you an email telling you the car has already sold even when it hasn't. this company is highly unprofessional and honesty act like they are children. so good luck with your car buying experience but honestly DONT GO TO JOE RIZZA FORD LINCOLN!!! you will be treated like xxxx.

Nice Dealership to work with.

Had a great experience with this dealership and Al Mirkiani was very efficient and pleasant, he made the process very easy and took care of my follow up needs with the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership and ask for AL.

Buyer Beware - Follow Up

I found Rizza Ford searching online for a particular hard to find vehicle a Lexus IS250 AWD. I contacted the dealership spoke to the salesman about the car to be honest I thought the price was high although this is a hard to find car and possibly they had to invest to replace tires, brakes, oil change, etc.. The salesman assured me that "Rizza Ford only puts QUALITY CARS on the lot for sale". He said, "We have a reputation to protect and we DO NOT sell anything that does not meet quality standards". So I drove down from Michigan trusting the reviews even on "Cars dot Com" that this was a reputable sales department and dealership. Upon arriving and looking over the car it look good and the salesmen said previously, "We only sell quality" so I sat down to sign paperwork and was presented with a "Sold As-Is - Nothing Due" Paper to sign-this should have been the RED FLAG - But I trusted them “REMEMBER - Quality only”. Upon driving back to Michigan at highway speeds I heard a noise from the drive train found out later it was because all four tires were a different brand from each other. I started to think to myself I know I paid higher than Blue Book for this vehicle at time of sale and would have thought they would have looked at tires... Well my fault for not looking at the tires particularly at time of sale. Two months and 3,000 miles later I hear a noise from the rear brakes I thought, Surely it could not need brakes must be a stone or stick in the wheel. Well upon inspection from a friend I found out it not only had metal to metal rear brake pads it also needed front brake pads and rotors... WAIT, yes you are reading this right 3000 miles later it needs front and rear brake pads and rotors because the pads wore into the rotors. So I called the dealership and the salesman was off so I asked to speak to Management and he said, "The salesman needs to handle this and he is off today". Seriously? You're his manager, your in-charge! He replied, "Well I am off tomorrow, but I will leave a message for your salesman and the other manager". Great Customer Service there! I called two days later because no one called me and spoke too the salesman who said, "I am sorry you should have inspected the car before you purchased it". WHAT? Wait you told me, "Joe Rizza only sells Quality cars on its Used Car Lot". I get that I should have inspected the tires, but inspect the brake pads, remove the Wheels on the lot to look at the brake pads? Is this guy NUTS? I explained I spent $501.00 for repairs to front and rear brakes and that I wanted to be reimbursed -------------- So a follow up to my Buyer Beware Review - Nora Rizza emailed me and advised me she wanted to make it right. I was referred to Dan McMillan who told me if I provided receipts he would send a check. I have not seen a check and was told that they only wanted to split the costs with me of the brake repairs. I advised them I had not only had to change the brakes after 2500 miles but had to put on new tires because the tread patterns were all different and this affects the way an AWD vehicle performs and so I was out of pocket over 1300.00 and there for the $508.00 was reasonable since the dealer ship prior to them had givien me the run around and my time is valuable. Note that Rizza Ford said, "We sell only quality cars" but upon inspection the brake pads were at 4mm prior to sale and the used car manager failed to replace them. Fact was the technician failed to inspect the inner pad which was closer to 2mm remaining because these pads only lasted 2500 miles on a used car purchase. The dealer should have replaced these prior to sale but it appears the bottom line is better for them that selling quality cars. Nora/Dan, I am willing to adjust my reviews but you need to do what is right and cover the cost of the full brake job like you should have before the sale. Your choice and every potential client is reading reviews of who Rizza Ford conducts business after the SALE.

Do not shop Joe Rizza Orland Park

The absolute worst service. I was wanting to trade in a 2019 Colorado fully loaded mint condition they ran me around and continue to blow smoke. Then the salesman Jose Munoz who I do not recommend him tried to charge me $1,000 for an already stock 8 inch touch screen in the Ford F-150 XLT and he told me that that only comes in a 2.7 6 cylinder Ecoboost turbo really Jose cuz I just bought a Ford XLT 3.5 6 cylinder engine I would never recommend anyone to Orland Park Joe Rizza Ford it's the worst they manipulate you and lie to you

SHADY

SHADY dealership. They try to sneak in hidden fees, so pay attention!!! They don't stand by their product! They sold me a vehicle with a broken cd/dvd player. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it was broken until I got home. I called them, and they basically said its not their problem. So, follow your instincts. If you go here, and it feels shady, RUN!!

I was sold a damaged car and they dont care

I was an online purchaser from Texas that paid full ask price of a 2012 car with only 34k miles on it. Once I arrived to take possession the vehicle it initially looked to be in good condition. However, after only driving the car for LESS THAN 20 Miles the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on along with a green wrench?! "Not to worry they said, its probably the work we just did." I immediately brought it to a local Maserati dealer that informed me it was needing $5K worth of engine repairs to clear the engine light and it needed front tires due to dry rot and cracking. I brought this information to the GM and OWNER hoping for a positive response. 2 weeks of waiting and even escalating it to the owner, I was informed that the vehicle was in good operating condition when I picked it up, and they would not be doing anything to resolve the issues. WOW, Be careful what you buy at this place, Unbelievable Poor Customer Service! ***Due to my review they told me to reach out to them and I received this in email today. 11/5/18 "After having another conversation with management, it has been determined that we are not able to assist you with any issues that may have arisen after you purchased the vehicle." I have been assured that all necessary services were completed prior to the date of your purchase.
