Scott and cliff are the absolute best. I bought a 2015 jeep from them. I know they weren't making a ton of money on it, but they made sure it was in great operating condition before I bought it. They even made sure the tires were a matching set. They made a customer for life.

I made an appointment online and got a reminder as the time approached. I checked in on time and was told it would take a couple of hours. I was shocked as I only requested an oil change and it was a 9am appt. I debated on keeping the appt as I had just been diagnosed with a concussion two days before. I told the service rep, Tito Reyes, my situation and asked kindly if he could do his best and sure enough, they finished my work in under an hour. So thankful for the consideration.

I made the appointment online, no issues at all. I had an 8:00am appointment, received a reminder the day before, which I appreciate. Drove right into service area. John Allen greeted me immediately. I was there for 10k maintenance and he asked me if there were any issues with car and how is it running ect. (no issues , vehicle runs great!)He was terrific. Received text with John's number if I needed to get in touch with him for any reason. Received a text when vehicle was complete, no issues at all. Fast, friendly service and a job well done.

Scotty the service writer asked what my needs were, asked if I was a water. He got my service completed promptly. Lou in service is always accommodating.

I had a great experience, I went on their website and found a few cars I thought would work. Their salesman Jay was very friendly and knowledgeable about each vehicle I looked at. I would definitely recommend Joe Rizza Ford.
