Save yourself the headache and anyone else you wou

Save yourself the headache and anyone else you would recommend a dealer to and go elsewhere. I purchased a used truck from them on 8/28/23. The dealer deemed the truck to be in condition for legal operation on any highway of state and may be covered by warranty. Their inspection documents indicated all systems were inspected and passed upon sale. As of 11/6/23 the truck has had full rebuild of the transmission, all four shocks, rotors and brakes replaced and still isn't right. They've refused to take the truck back. So again, save yourself the headache and anyone else you would recommend a dealer to and go elsewhere.

We appreciate your comments, Jim. though his review is disappointing to us. We do acknowledge that there were issues with the truck you purchased but did our very best to accommodate you during this process. We emphatically disagree with your assertion that we refused to take the truck back, however. We not only offered to take it back but provided several options for a replacement vehicle. We recognize that this may not have been the ideal outcome for you but we did our best to try and correct any issues within reason.

What can I say?

What can I say? Patrick was very pleasant and easy to work with. He was very attentive as well as understanding in attempting to execute my desires. Although the process was slightly longer than I expected it was well worth the time. I look forward to having a great experience with Patrick and the Blasius family. Thank you so much for being patient and getting as much as you could done as quickly and efficiently as you could.

Car stolen while at service department

The dealership i cannot trust ! I brought my beloved modified camaro zl1 for service . Got a call from waterbury pd they had my car because it was STOLEN from the service department. My worse nightmare .they still charged me $1400 but didnt wash it because “ they know guys like me are particular” lmao go somewhere else

We very much regret that your vehicle was stolen, Barry. It's an unfortunate sign of the times, but we do everything we can to ensure the safety of vehicles in our care and continually beef up our security measures. Thankfully, these incidents are extremely rare. We do feel your comments are a bit unfair regarding the charge for repairs to your vehicle, however. This was originally brought in for service and it was determined that there was transmission work needed. The cost for the transmission repair far exceeded the $1400 you were ultimately charged, in light of the circumstances. With respect to the car wash, it is our experience that customers with high end cars in most cases prefer not to have us wash their vehicles. Given your description of your vehicle, this would have seemed to certainly apply in your case. This is usually worked out prior to any action on a wash, however, and if that was not properly communicated to you, we do apologize.

Excellent out of state buying experience!

I can’t say enough good things about Erik Johnson. I traveled from WI to pick up a BMW X3m40i. From start to finish, he was easy to communicate with, professional and made the whole process smooth. Every time he said he was going to do something he followed through. Also very accommodating, as he picked me up from the airport and assisted with the vehicle transport. Their new finance manager Miranda was also very easy to work with. Friendly and understanding when I turned down their optional add-ons. Would not hesitate to buy from them again!

Great place to service your car at the Cadillac Blasius location in Waterbury on Scott Rd. Employees are always friendly and informative. Highly recommend them.

Getting maintenance done

They never give updates when The vehicle will be done. They never call you back with a ETA after you ask for information. And if they have your vehicle for a long period of time they don't even offer a rental service.
