What can I say? Patrick was very pleasant and easy to work with. He was very attentive as well as understanding in attempting to execute my desires. Although the process was slightly longer than I expected it was well worth the time. I look forward to having a great experience with Patrick and the Blasius family. Car stolen while at service department
The dealership i cannot trust ! I brought my beloved modified camaro zl1 for service . Got a call from waterbury pd they had my car because it was STOLEN from the service department. My worse nightmare .they still charged me $1400 but didnt wash it because “ they know guys like me are particular” lmao go somewhere else

We very much regret that your vehicle was stolen, Barry. It's an unfortunate sign of the times, but we do everything we can to ensure the safety of vehicles in our care and continually beef up our security measures. Thankfully, these incidents are extremely rare. We do feel your comments are a bit unfair regarding the charge for repairs to your vehicle, however. This was originally brought in for service and it was determined that there was transmission work needed. The cost for the transmission repair far exceeded the $1400 you were ultimately charged, in light of the circumstances. With respect to the car wash, it is our experience that customers with high end cars in most cases prefer not to have us wash their vehicles. Given your description of your vehicle, this would have seemed to certainly apply in your case. This is usually worked out prior to any action on a wash, however, and if that was not properly communicated to you, we do apologize.

I can’t say enough good things about Erik Johnson. I traveled from WI to pick up a BMW X3m40i. From start to finish, he was easy to communicate with, professional and made the whole process smooth. Every time he said he was going to do something he followed through. Also very accommodating, as he picked me up from the airport and assisted with the vehicle transport. Their new finance manager Miranda was also very easy to work with. Friendly and understanding when I turned down their optional add-ons. Would not hesitate to buy from them again!

Getting maintenance done
They never give updates when The vehicle will be done. They never call you back with a ETA after you ask for information. And if they have your vehicle for a long period of time they don't even offer a rental service.

Run far far away
This dealer is one of the worst dealers I’ve walked in. They want to charge you for an alignment when you get the tires for life package but when you get your car back the front end will never be aligned. We brought our car back to have them fix the alignment they didn’t do rite and they said they see that the alignment was off and they fixed it. Well leaving. The car is still pulling to the left yard and it was not fixed. They also won’t give you anything from the alignment comp that shows if it was off or aligned now.

About : Blasius in Waterbury, CT. !!First let me state that the ?Sales Department? is amazing my buying experience was as good as it could possibly be!! Unfortunately, after that you have to deal with their Service Dept. Now it goes downhill extremely fast! My truck had some problems so I made an appointment dropped it off and gave them a list of everything I was having a problem with. When I picked it up not everything was fixed, so I went back into the service department and a young lady told me to make an early appointment and that they would get it in right away, so I did ?PS: The next appointment I could get was about three weeks away?. I dropped my truck on the day of my appointment at 6:45 AM because I had a 7:00 AM appointment. I made arrangements to have someone pick me up because I had things to do that day. When I came back at about noon, I was told they didn?t even start on my truck, and basically because ?I Didn?t Sit in There Waiting Room and Stare at Their Walls? that my car had to wait until they got around to it, also the young lady that spoke to me had a bit of an attitude! I explained that I was told to make an early appointment so my truck would be taken in early, basically the response I was given was ?To Bad?. When they finally took my car in about thirty minutes later, it was only in the shop about fifteen minutes. I got the keys and was told that there was nothing wrong with the truck. I took it for a decent ride to be sure it was warmed up and was working correctly, I found that the problem I brought it in for was still there, I went back to the service department and explained that the problem was still there. The same young lady got up in a huff I asked her if I can take my truck to another Chevy place to get it repaired, she said yes, I said that?s what I will do and left ?This was one of the WORST Experiences I have ever had with getting a motor vehicle repaired! In closing I would have to say that ?Blasius Chevrolet Is ?A Great Place to Buy a Vehicle? but probably ?One of The WORST Places to Have Your Vehicle Serviced?! Unfortunately, you may want to think about buying a vehicle from Blasius because ?The Service or In This Case Lack Of? is just as important as the purchase!
