I had my car serviced recently. Oil change and tire rotation. I dropped my car off the night before my appointment. I was called by 9 o'clock the following morning. When I picked up my vehicle, it was brought rite up to me. A pleasant experience.

Buying our vehicles was such an enjoyable experience. Austin Callaway was our salesman and he was wonderful. He was patient, knowledgeable, understanding, helpful and very responsive. He wasn't pushy at all and really listened to our wants and needs. He took his time with us and genuinely cared about finding the right vehicles for us. The whole dealership is amazing!

Patrick Meier was a great help when I bought my used Chevy Bolt. He answered my many questions, let me take the car for an inspection and took a drive to check it after they replaced the tires to get rid of a vibration in the car. The reason for four stars is that the car had a noticeable vibration when I first test drove it. However, Blasius reacted quickly and put new tires on the car to resolve this.

At Blasius Chevrolet in Waterbury Ct, ask for Max Dragone! I purchased a Cadillac through Max. He is knowledgeable and patient with great customer service skills. When I picked up my car, he had already programmed my email and several other functions.
