Very deceitful

Purchased a used vehicle that has had numerous issues. Was told new tires were put on the vehicle, have already had to replace one, they are definitely not new. Check engine light came on less than a month after purchasing, driver door leaks tremendously when it rains, and just had the alternator belt, which was dry rotted snap. When I purchased this car I was told everything was fixed, which was clearly a lie. I called the used car sales manager and never received a call back. For my first car buying experience, this has been a nightmare!

Horrible dealership

Brought 2014 bmw no miles on it took to bmw radio struck in bmw screen no covered 425 i paid .ok 2 yrs later same problem car paid off to diagnose it 225 bow they cnt find out whats wrong why radio keep getting struck on bmw screen rite mind u 225 to diagnose then they tell me u need new head 3,000 dollars so today 4hrs later 225 tell suggest new head ,NO REASON TO WHY THIS KEEP HAPPEN MIND U NO LOANERS never availble month wait for loan .STAY THE xxx AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP HORRIBLE ..STILL NO DIAGNOSIS TO WHAT CAUSING THE ISSUE .. JUST BUY WHOLE NEW RADIO MORE MONEY FOR THEM !!!!! SALESPERSON GINA TRIES TO ACT LIKE SHE HELPING SO MUCH KNOWING THIS WAS SEC TIME SO I SAID WATS 225 FOR 4HRS LATER IM WRITING CORP AS WELL TO INFORM THEM OF MY EXPERIENCE W/ THIS DEALERSHIP.....

The dealer.

The dealer...I don't know. I buy my BMWs elsewhere but have them serviced here. I love the service dept. they're just really good. they keep me up to date about my car while being serviced. My guy suggested a maintenance program for the way I drive and that my contract had ended. He was honest and knew his stuff. Would always go back to him.

Very polite staff.

Very polite staff. They are effecient and accommodating. The car wash was malfunctioning which was upsetting, but I was told I could come by another day for a complementary wash.
