I visited DCH Montclair in Verona to purchase my first

I visited DCH Montclair in Verona to purchase my first car today and I am in complete awe. I came in with little to no faith in leaving with a car because I am still building my credit and so far no other dealer can get me approved. Fred assisted me today and he was absolutely amazing to say the least. Fred was honest, patient, and very understanding of my situation. Fred not only got me approved for the car I wanted but he even gave me tips on how to obtain a better credit score. If you ask me, that wisdom alone was even better than leaving with my dream car today. THANK YOU SO MUCH FRED!

Not the real price.

Not the real price. The add specifically states ‘Price does not include licensing costs, registration fees, taxes and dealer doc fee of $999 which are to be paid by the consumer.’ However, it does not mention that an accessories charge is added to the price of the vehicle. In addition, they require you to finance with the dealer’s lender in order to get the price listed. This is a direct text response from Lawrence, the Sales Manager at Montclair Acura – The accessory package is required as is financing with our lender. Very dishonest dealership. Don’t waste your time.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to let you know how I'm so disappointed and frustrated with the amount of service I have received from your dealership. From the sales representative to the finance manager, Brian, and the sales manager—every one of you has demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism, honesty, and basic communication. Let me be clear: this was not just another car purchase. This vehicle was meant to be a surprise gift for my wife—something your staff was fully aware of. Instead of a memorable and joyful experience, you have turned it into a complete nightmare. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have been consistently misled and ignored. I have left more than ten messages for Brian, and not a single one was returned. The last time I managed to speak with him was on April 26, when he promised to call me back within a few minutes. That call never came. It has now been over three days, and I have yet to receive any follow-up, any plate, or even the courtesy of a simple update. My wife has not been able to drive the vehicle because it has no temporary plate—despite my repeated requests and your commitments. The car has now been parked, unused, for nearly a week. This is completely unacceptable. I am fully insured, but your failure to provide the necessary paperwork and plate is not only irresponsible—it’s unlawful. I’ve tried to resolve this matter respectfully and directly, but your continued disregard has left me no choice. Please understand this clearly: I am involving my legal counsel moving forward. I will no longer waste time dealing with your lies, broken promises, and evasions. You have failed me as a customer and failed to meet even the most basic standards of ethical business practice. To anyone reading this and considering doing business with this dealership: I strongly urge you to reconsider. What I’ve experienced is not a one-time misstep—it is a systemic issue of negligence and deceit. Do not trust this team with your money, your time, or your trust. Enough is enough. Harry Jones did a great job getting me with the quote and everything ready before I arrived. He was helpful and direct he took me to try the car I was interested on and let me know everything that need to be completed as well as provide me a copy of the Carfax and a detail history on the vehicle. He process my banks pre approval with ease and making my experience a lot more enjoyable. Thanks Harry I will be back

Walter is my newest bff!

Walter is my newest bff! I am completely obsessed with my gorgeous new, white RDX. It will be the primary car for my kids, but I plan to steal it often! Appreciated the entire process, from consideration, to purchase, to training and automatic service set up. Best of all, I know I got the BFF price. 😊
