DCH Montclair Acura

My husband and I purchased an Acura RDX recently and are still raving about the wonderful treatment we received at the dealership. We are completely satisfied with the staff and product. Our sales representative, Harry Jones, was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and caring. He answered all our questions and took all our needs into account when suggesting options. What a pleasant experience!

Robert Colon in Sales was very easy to work with , he was very pleasant and was very knowledgeable and professional. Hamed Matari made the final paperwork easy. He was also very nice to deal with , knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend using this dealership to friends and family. This is our sixth Acura!

Keith was informative, responsive and friendly as we discussed the purchase of the car. As mentioned above this was relatively a painless transaction which is saying something when it comes to buying a car. The whole process of taking the deal to the manager is getting old and is outdated. The sales people should be empowered up to a certain amount and if it goes above that then maybe they have to go back to manager.

Casino family Harry was very helpful and pleasant. He explained everything to us and make sure we understood. He assured us that we can always call him in case we have questions. We highly recommend him.

This was my first time leasing and DCH Montclair made it very simple from start to finish. Lora was very helpful and patient in explaining the terms and features of the car I was interested in. She made sure i got the color i was looking for. Also gave me a good deal on the new MDX that was tailored for my needs. The test drive experience was pleasant as well. all in all great dealership if you want to get a new car with as much less hassle as possible. The dealership experience was one of the greatest i have had in a long time.

Barry was a great sales guys he didn't give up on me at all. I was recommended by Latoya Davis if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have gone through this wonderful experience or be driving the car that I love. She introduced me to the Acura family and they embraced me with opening arms.
