We love DCH Monclair - Hamad Matari is excellent

I purchased my 2012 Acura MDX from DCH Montclair. Hamad was our finance guy. He is the best! He helped my husband and I to get an affoedable loan. When I trade her in, I am coming back to DCH Monclair because of Hamad. Thank you!

Very friendly

Very professional and Keith Mickens was the best!

I have visited almost all Acura dealerships in Central and North New Jerseys, and some Honda and Lexus ones in New York area as well. This dealership is very professional and reasonable. I fwas randomly arranged to work with Keith Mickens during my first visit when I still didn't have a clear idea of which car I wanted the most. Keith was very friendly, patient, and professional. He took time explaining everything to me, was never hesitant to help me try different models and not pushy at all. He was also very honest when we talked about price and terms etc. As I had just visited about 3-4 dealerships before that, I decided to walk away without promising anything because I wanted to keep exploring and make sure I would get the best deal as I can :) Keith was never pushy nor making those "sticky" followup calls as you would get from other dealerships. About 3 weeks later, after researching tens of websites, visiting at least 15 other dealerships (I even put all information in an Excel spreadsheet in order to weigh things in), I went back to Keith as I realized I had the best experience with him and his dealership. My cousin and I visited right near the end of business hour and Keith was about to leave for a family duty. However, he called his wife and stayed for another hour to let us test drive and discuss. Unfortunately, we still didn't like the car so we did not make a deal at that time (I'm quite difficult when it comes to purchasing anything haha). I wouldn't be surprised or annoyed if Keith showed some disappointment but he was not! Very very nice gentleman he is. Again, no pushing or desperate contacts after that. I believe they know what they do and are confident that customers would sooner or later know how good their offer and services they provide :) A few days later, I've found an MDX with all great specs and conditions I wanted at Montclair Acura so I came back to ask for a test drive (again!). Keith was still as professional and nice as he has always been. We eventually made the deal as the car was great, the asking price was also very good and I received some extra little discount as I would pick up the car immediately. It's been a year now and I'm still in love with my MDX. Bottom line, as a very picky and tough-bargaining customer, I highly recommend Montclair Acura and Keith Mickens! You won't be disappointed.

Great place to purchase car

I really enjoyed purchasing my vehicle from here and Keith was a great person to work with. I really enjoyed working with Keith and he made it really easy to understand the pricing and which vehicle was the perfect fit for me.

Couldn't have gone better

In what was my first experience purchasing a new vehicle, the staff at DCH Montclair Acura made it a memorable one. Harry, Lora and Jamie worked effortlessly to ensure I left with a car that met not only my budget, but style of choice as well. To say that I am satisfied with my experience and my new car would be an understatement. I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with. Thank you!

Negotiation-free, good deal!

The experience at the dealer was great. The sales advisor Robert was great, he gave me an excellent deal for the car. Hamad from finance was also amazing and gave me the best optional packages that I needed to protect my investment. My car was ready just in time. I got to take my car out of the lot same day.

Treated me GREAT!

Based on my experience I would assume every associate is good HOWEVER Lora Moore is the best! She worked on my behalf and got me what I wanted at my price. She diligently worked through the process and always kept me informed. If you are in the market for an Acura go the DCH in Verona and ask for Lora. Hamas was thorough and courteous and made finance very easy. Tim is also off the charts excellent. He is helping me return my old lease (a different brand) and helping me avoid pitfalls I may not be aware of.

Easy Fast
