Fabulous time with Robert Colon:professional, conscientious, polite, patient. Will recommend everyone I know to him. So many dealership I have visited in the last year. Never, have I been so please to see such a young individual with so much respect for his customers. Thank you Acura for hiring this wonderful young man. I found my car online... contacted and worked out fair and reasonable expectations online with Colleen remotely (very attentive), and then Tony Karatzia (sales rep) pulled it all together meeting my expectations with a reasonable deal all things considered. Tony was very professional and came across as a well spoken gentleman. Very congenial also... the kind of guy you could have a beer with over some good conversation. I am an Acura owner and have been for 20 years. My first car was an Integra that I purchased in 1994. I have been to several dealerships for service and I always felt uncomfortable. I am a gay man and I can tell when people are making fun(snickering etc.) I brought my car into Montclair Acura for routine service. I had a gentleman named Vic that helped me and he was the kindest,friendliest service rep I have ever had! He treated me very well & kept me well informed the entire time my car was in getting the repairs. I liked the dealership so much I waited even though I was offered a loaner car. I am recommending the service department to all my friends & family especially Vic. Thank you Vic I will never go anywhere else to purchase a car or to get service on my MDX. I hope he reads this review-he was so kind and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I went into the dealership and a young man Robert Colon helped me by answering all my questions on the TLX. I am not yet ready to make a decision as I still have my lease for a couple months, but if I do go with Acura Robert has my business. He was very informative, polite, and not pushy at all. I can't say the same for most salespeople at other dealerships I've visited. Montclair Acura better not let him leave! Look forward to working with Robert and DCH in the future.

I was recommended to this acura dealership through a friend, and I highly recommend it myself. I sat down with Robert Colon who was very helpful, friendly, and gave me alot of information about the different options I have. Although I am still not ready to purchase a car, as soon as I am this is the place I will be coming to.
