I bought a used Nissan from this Acura dealer. The people there were very professional and honest. There was a slight discrepency in the price of the car, and Barry, the used car manager, resolved it quickly. I had occassion to use a loaner car, and was supplied with a brand new Acura loaner car--that part of the dealership was also very pleasant and professional....These people are very helpful, and are a pleasure to deal with. When I buy a new car, I will buy it there.

When I walk in whether it's to service my previous Acura models or my current one, I am always greeted and treated with the best customer service experience possible. The staff are always accommodating and you can tell they genuinely enjoy working there. They all work together as a team and I can truly rely on their knowledge and experience. People always takes the time out to make out a complaint, but very rare do people actually take the time out to compliment. Now that I am old enough to drive and purchase my own vehicle, I was able to receive the same exceptional customer service experience that was delivered for my father. Bought my pre owned Acura RDX from Barry Katz 3 weeks ago. Barry was the deciding factor, plus this specific RDX was in excellent shape. This dealership was in a different league, people never ignored me, they smiled, and everyone was happy. That's why it was 10x busier, it starts from the top. The other sales people I met( at 3 other dealers) were not in the same class as Barry, he knew the product, he was easy to work with, and did all he could to sell me the car. He did not give up when I was wavering, as a salesman myself, it's called "closing" a sale. They earned my business, and did a nice job with the showroom floor. Other dealers did not impress me with the variety and styles of Acuras they put out for display. Maybe that's why it was just as busy on the 13th as it was on the 30th.
