My experience with this dealership began in October 2022 when I walked in on a a whim one Saturday interested in purchasing an Acura Integra (the same day) and met with Harry, a lovely sales representative who kindly let me know that this vehicle was quite popular and none were available at the time. He initially reached out to other dealerships to try to locate an Integra on their lot which was not successful. Though I left disappointed, Harry did not give up on finding me this car and called me two days later to let me know that one would be coming in with their next shipment. He stayed in contact with me throughout the process of waiting for this car to be shipped from the manufacturer. It was an odd time since I was heading out of the country for 2 weeks when the car was projected to arrive so at my request he set up for me to complete the purchase before I left. Harry was excellent, very up front, and I never once felt like anyone at this dealership was trying to get me to purchase anything additional. The whole process was extremely smooth, without question the best purchasing experience I have ever had at any dealership. I really can't say enough about Harry and Al in the financing department. This was a very nostalgic purchase for me as over 20 years ago the Integra was my first car which I absolutely loved and to get another chance to own one meant a lot to me. Harry and his team made this happen and I am very thankful that I happened to walk into this dealership on a whim.

I had a great experience! This was my first experience in an auto transaction where the dealer did not try add costs (fees, etc) after we agreed to terms. The sales staff was honest and worked with me to get a deal done.

She accommodated our scheduling needs, going out of her way to ensure we could pick our car up at a later date, if that worked better for us. She even wrote us a handwritten note and remembered my husband’s birthday! We would absolutely buy a car from Bonnie again. We are 100% satisfied customers!
